Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. The Michelin-recognized Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team. I find it hard to justify paying almost the down payment on a car for a dinner for two.....but sometimes, it's just the price of perfection! From the intimate, clubby ambience of the dining room, to the perfectly pitched polite and playful insouciance of the wait staff, to the exquisite flavors and preparation of the food, FIA Steak was as close to a perfect Grill House experience as I have gotten. I had the Steak au Poivre and my wife had the Branzino: both were delicious. My Lobster Bisque starter was given a yummy twist with a small pastry basket of crabmeat in the bottom of the bowl. My wife's Caesar salad was familiar but so crunchy-fresh and topped with exactly the right balance of cheesy, anchovy dressing it was almost a new experience again. At the recommendation of the knowledgeable sommelier I splashed out on a generous pour of a 2017 Whitehall Lane Napa Cabernet from the Leonardo Estate that was liquid nectar. Don't book too often as a place like this should never become commonplace, but for that Special Occasion ( our's was a 41st wedding anniversary,) I cannot recommend this wonderful restaurant highly enough.

It was quiet the experience, our waiter was definitely a big factor in our experience. Top tier! Great food, great suggestions from the waiter. Excellent whiskey sours, kind hard to find bar tenders who make proper sours with egg whites that dont taste like milky smoothies. compliments to the bar tender who made our drinks and to the bar staff. Compliments to the Chef and all kitchen staff. FOOD WAS AMAZING. amazing doesn't do it justice. Worth every cent. But must highlight our waiter. Knew when to involve himself and when to allow us time to make our decisions, excellent character and professionalism. We will return. Thank you for making our evening! P.s. loves the portrait of last supper interpretation by legendary artist "NEVER."
