Inspired by the Mediterranean coast, Executive Chef, Burges Jokhi created Fia, a neighborhood restaurant, centered around a wood-fired grill. We had heard from a few friends about how good this restaurant is. We decided to try it out for ourselves and we loved it!! The mushroom gnocchi was fantastic!! The sauce was amazing! We ordered ciabatta bread a few minutes later to sop it up. I got the short ribs and my husband got the pork chop. Beautiful and delicious spot! Waitress was great too!

World class service from a classy restaurant. The food was excellent. The service was top knotch. JT was alwasy attentive and great with taking our orders and discussing the specials of the day. The drinks were also great. I Highly recommend.

We had the best experience! Befriended some other diners. Great, helpful server! (Thanks, John!) The choices covered all the bases, and our meals were wonderful. We will be returning... a most comfortable and interesting location.

Unfortunately the steaks were not prepared as ordered, were somewhat dry with very little taste. Not what we expected from an expensive restaurant

The food and the service were outstanding! It was quite loud and you can see the hotel lobby, so you know you are in a hotel (which is a tiny minus for us) but we really enjoyed our evening. Highly recommend the hummus and the branzino!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with dinner at Fia and must say that they exceeded our expectations. Our server, Semira, was absolutely amazing. She provided exquisite service that was timely and thorough. Our meals were delicious. The ribeye was sumptuous and the deserts (bananas foster and chocolate truffle mousse torte) were nothing short of perfection. Highly recommended.
