Inspired by the Mediterranean coast, Executive Chef, Burges Jokhi created Fia, a neighborhood restaurant, centered around a wood-fired grill. Wood Fired Hummus was very different and very delicious. We got the Duck and Branzino along with Brussel sprouts, all of which were outstanding.

Very good, but high priced restaurant. Went on Sunday at 6 and place filled up by 730 and was a bit noisey. The food was top notch( Giant prawns, Steak, chicken and 'hot" spaghetti and sausage) as were the appetizers and one dessert split 4 ways, and our server was excellent, always with a smile!

Fía is top rate from start to finish. Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, innovative menu, and delicious food. The Visalia onion and fennel soup was unique and delicately seasoned. We enjoyed the branzini accompanied by amazing braised Brussels sprouts and grilled asparagus. The restaurant is located in the lush lobby of the Burgess Hotel. A lovely welcoming entrance.

As usual, Fia did not disappoint! The food was superb and the atmosphere was great. You can never go wrong if you choose to dine here!

Made a 10:30 reservation on Mothers Day for 5 people. Arrived at 10:33, was seated by 10:45. Server visited our table for the first time by 10:55. We started watching the time because we couldn’t believe how bad the service was. At 10:55 we ordered coffee and placed our brunch order. At 11:07 the coffee arrived, but the server didn’t bring cream/sugar and didn’t come back for at least 5 minutes with cream/sugar so I asked for a new hot cup of coffee and that came about 5 minutes later. At 11:50 the table of people seated next to us were having the same experience and they got up and left. At 11:55 we never had a server come by and give us an order update or even ask if we wanted another cup of coffee. I decided to find the server and told him we were done waiting and we were ready to leave. He did apologize and then told me 100 people were sat at the same time and every restaurant in Atlanta was like this. There were about 7 tables seated and most had already finished their food. Maybe 3 tables were waiting for food…maybe 12-16 people. Anyways, I asked to pay my check and he said he didn’t want to charge me for the coffee. We walked out without any food after 80+ minutes. We ordered waffles and omelets - pretty simple. I can’t remember the last time I walked out of a restaurant without food. This place had horrible service….horrible!!!
