L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients. Sa spécialité est de recommander des vins italiens de sa liste de vin qui a obtenu l’Award of Excellence par Wine Spectator et qui propose une sélection d’approximativement 900 vins qui lui a valu le titre de « Collection italienne de vins la plus diversifiée aux Etats-Unis ». Il vous sera aussi une large sélection de vins de Californie, de France et d’Australie. Beaucoup de stars ont soupé chez Ferraro’s. I’ve been in Las Vegas for 10 years and this is hands-down, the best Italian restaurant that I’ve been to so far. The pasta all made fresh in house. We had the gnocchi, spaghetti and ravioli. All excellent. I enjoyed the special antipasti, including the veal & tuna cream.

We come from NY and have been to this restaurant a few times. This time the food was not as good as it usually is. Was slightly disappointed with the service as well.

We always enjoy the food and the warm hospitality at Ferraros. Lasagne was fabulous just sorry they were out of the wild boar ravioli which is amazing.

Michael, or server was the best. His suggestion of the appetizer trio special was spot on. When I couldn’t quite decide on the rigatoni or the tripa, he suggested a half order of the tripa. Not our first time here…and it won’t be our last.

We started with the Prosciutto Crudo, Melone, e Stracciatella which was on point. We shared the Aragosta e Tartufo Nero (Acquerello risotto, lobster, seasonal black truffle, mascarpone cheese) which is the best lobster risotto we ever had. I had the Oven roasted Holland Dover Sole, lemon, butter, white wine, capers, deboned table side with roasted potato, grilled asparagus which I enjoyed and was a lot of food. My husband had the Salmon which is his favorite. It was my husband's birthday and the server recognized with a piece of Tiramisu. This is our favorite restaurant in Vegas as we have been patronizing them since they opened on Flamingo Road. ❤️

What a wonderful find! Food was great; service was great; and atmosphere was great. You can't go wrong with any of the house-made pasta dishes. LOVED the cannoli dessert. We were a party of 4 and all enjoyed our meals. While the wines are quite expensive, they are excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best Italian food, hands down! Michael our server was excellent and made the experience that much better! Will be returning each time we are Vegas. If anyone wants homemade, tasty Italian, then this is the best place in Vegas!

The best “hidden” gem for tourists because it’s more of a local place since it’s off the strip. It’s worth the Uber/taxi ride because the food was exceptional and the service was next level! Amanda was amazing! But honestly the entire staff worked as a team and very attentive. The pastas are freshly made onsite and the main dishes cooked to perfection

I dropped in for moderate meal by myself. I was seated at the bar at my request. I was given outstanding treatment by every member of the staff throughout the evening. The Paper Plane cocktail was superb and the Super Luzio was a perfect pairing for my Lobster Fra Diavolo spaghetti. The dish was extraordinary. I shared the Passionne Pastachio with a new friend at the bar that reminded me of a pastry from the old Snowflake Bakery in Syracuse. The staff learned I am from the same city where the owner was raised. He came over and we had a wonderful conversation. An unbeatable evening.

Great food & service. We booked for a group of 10 in “party room” - so that we could talk to each other. But, it was quite loud . Serious nrc issues due to hard wood floors and wood furniture. Fun and lively but not great for business discussion. Fresh well priced food menu : over priced wine list .

From the minute you walk in the door the enter vibe is perfect. Great bar, great food, great wine, great service. Others should go there to see how it’s done!!! Best dining experience in Las Vegas!!

I enjoyed the Ossobucco for dinner. It was tender, had a fantastic taste and was delicious! Definitely recommend this restaurant. So many delicious options and friendly efficient staff! Beautiful restaurant as well

Very disappointed with my lunch at Ferraro’s. Since salmon is my favorite, I ordered it. I asked the server Ashton to have the sauce on the side since I am not a big sauce person. She said it wasn’t very prominent. Unfortunately the very thinly sliced vegetables under the salmon were drowning in the very heavy butter sauce. I lost my appetite and took the rest of the fish home. Sorry that I didn’t send it back. Servers should listen to the requests.

I made at reservation online at 10:30 I arrived there on time and told me that kitchen close at 10:30 I can understand that but think is Vegas and I’m sure a lot of your customers are tourists so you should block your reservation online at least at 10:15

Ferraro’s never disappoints. We had the tasting dinner which was out of this world good. Ara’s knowledge of wine was superb and we were not disappointed with his selections . Don’t miss Ferraro’s when in Vegas , definitely the highlight of our trip.

An amazing dining experience! It was our first time at Ferraro’s and the staff treated us like good friends. Paolo was an accommodating and hospitable host. He gave us a great intimate booth. Which gave us our fantastic server Silvia from Roma. She was friendly, sweet and attentive. We really enjoyed her conversation too. Ara was our wonderful sommelier. He is very special. He took care of us like family. We had a delicious Nebbiolo wine to accompany our meal. My husband had the Veal Piccata, one of his favorite meals, Ferraro’s was outstanding! I had the Osso Buco with saffron risotto, their signature dish and my favorite too. It was to die for ! We also tried the homemade rigatoni with homemade sausage and pomodoro sauce, it was fantastic! The pesto they serve with bread is delicious and fresh. To make us feel that much more special Mimmio the owner and executive Chef came by our table to engage with us. We finished our meal with chocolate gelato, coconut sorbet and the Pistachio cream with walnut crust. We were stuffed! You might have thought it was our last supper, and if it was it is what I would have had. Ferraro’s is now a place we will come back to whenever we are in Vegas, to visit our new friends and eat an epic meal. I’m a little disappointed it took us so long to find this gem.

As always, an outstanding meal by Chef Mimmo and his team. We put our trust in Chef Mimmo for the first two courses. He was thoughtful in asking about allergies and accommodating based on two reported amongst our table of 5. We covered much of the menu across the 5 of us, and dinner was paired with an outstanding Tuscan Cabernet Franc by the sommelier. Whenever we are in Vegas, Ferraro’s is a must-stop. I’m proud to say we’ve introduced numerous other friends and family members who now also make it a must-stop on their Vegas trips. For me, absolutely the best Italian food west of the Mississippi and one of the absolute best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to (a New Yorker here).
