Our waiter was knowledgeable patient and very personable!! The food was amazing!! Shrimp, spicy pizza and spicy pasta occichetta!! Delicious butterscotch dessert. A little noisy; but it was fine. We had a great time. Can’t wait to go back!

This dining venue is extremely noisy (even on the patio) and impossible to have a conversation with fellow diners. When OpenTable says energetic in the noise space it means it is deafening. Because of the noise level, it was a most unenjoyable experience and I would not come back to this restaurant. The waiters had a hard time hearing us put in our order. For food this expensive, I would want a better dining experience.

We expected more based on reviews. Appetizers were good. Risotto was meh… pasta a bit too al denté. Pizza was great. Overall a bit overrated to be honest.

Always great! We go often and they never disappoint. The service is spot on and each dish comes out just the moment when you are ready for it. Their timing is impeccable!

Very good overall experience. The Blue Shrimp was the best. The lamb was a little disappointing. The pappardelle was amazing. The rigatoni was a little too al dente. Pizza was great also. We’ll be back to try other things!

First time, and immediately one of my favorite dining experiences ever. The food was incredible, the service was stellar, the overall experience was unforgettable. It’s pricey at first glance but once you taste the flavors it’s all worth it.

Very hyped restaurant, supposedly good for seeing celebrities. The food was good to great, but not exceptional and not really worth the difficulty of getting seated. My main gripe, however, is the service. Waiter very blatantly tried to up sell at every opportunity. Hostesses were cold and sort of sneered at us, and another waitress (?) ordered me around when waiting for the bathroom, impolitely telling me where to stand. Yes, I know it is probably quite frustrating for them when guests are in their way as they run food, but when you pay $250 for a 2 person meal, I expect more courtesy. We were also hurried out at the end. Watching the pasta being made is cool.

Very nice ambience; we dined in the patio which was very comfortable and well decorated. The service was very attentive; the waiter had helpful suggestions about the menu. The food was great, well crafted and imaginative dishes.

Great food, service and ambiance. Food is pricey but delicious. Wish they had more Italian white wines by the glass. Overall great experience- everyone from manager to buss staff was very friendly and efficient.

Felix was fantastic from the service to the food to the ambience with one exception: the mice. We were seated on the patio, which was lovely and comfortable and warm on a chilly night. The vines behind us were alive with mice. It was disconcerting. But the food is delicious, the pacing of the meal just perfect, the service friendly and professional. We’ll dine at Felix again and hope the mouse guests have moved on to another restaurant.

The service was outstanding. We really liked our table next to the room where the pasta is made. However, this also feels a little weird as all of the people making the pasta are brown and they are on display. I don't know, ask them what their thoughts are on it - they may not be honest, who knows. We had fava beans & snap peas, the wood-fired shrimp, diavola pizza, and 2 pastas - the limone and bottarga. Fava beans & snap peas were fine, I felt they were a seasonal springtime necessity and we needed our veggies. The shrimp was *amazing* and the green sauce it came with was delicious. Our server suggested we keep the sauce for dipping the pizza crusts in and this was the move. Pizza was also delicious. The pastas were honestly the worst part of the meal. Limone pasta was bland, not lemony enough, and the texture was gummy almost like gummy bears. Bottarga pasta was fine - the most generous shaving of bottarga at any restaurant I've experienced but the pasta again was gummy. In summary, the shrimp, green sauce, and pizza were the highlights of our meal. The two pastas we picked may have been not good choices. I've had the pasta here in the past and did not remember them being flavorless and gummy.

The food was great, the pasta was flavorful and had great presentation. The service was lackluster. Our server seemed very haughty and entitled, was seemingly upset that we did not order more for 2 people. She recommended 3-5 dishes for 2 people- and “chef wants everything ordered upfront”. I totally get that, but we were not starving and only ordered 2 dishes between the 2 of us to share. She says “2 dishes is not enough, chef wants you to order everything at once”. 2 dishes was plenty for us. We had a pasta and a steak dish. Overall, the food was great- the service kind of ruined the experience, and I felt the drinks and food were overpriced. Glad we went but we will not be back.

I always like the food at Felix. Overall, everything went smooth, but it would’ve been good if the waiter had mentioned that the salami pizza is pretty darn spicy because my wife couldn’t deal with that so she took off all the meat. If the waiter had mentioned this, then we probably would’ve got a different topping. The quality of the food and the freshness of the pasta make up for a lot of it. We liked the salad with the cherry tomatoes and the great dressing.

The food was excellent but service was the most awful we’ve experienced anywhere in LA. We were told to place our entire order at the same time to help the kitchen yet never received our entrees. The waitress was the most rude woman I’ve ever experienced and thankfully the manager on staff was kind and comped our check it was such a terrible experience. Will not be going back.

Our server was warm, inviting, friendly and gave us outstanding recommendations. The restaurant layout and interior space is gorgeous. We loved getting glimpses of the kitchen and pasta making! Everything we ate was spectacular, fresh and so delicious, wouldn’t change a thing! Pastas were so light and wonderful flavors, the prawn dish and branzino entree were both perfectly executed w/ presentation and flavor (loved the fennel and Meyer lemon slaw!). Only suggestion is to have more mid-priced and affordable wines (as someone from Sonoma County), wine prices were very high. All in all, a perfect dinner, can’t wait to return!

This was my 5th time dining. The first 4 visits were amazing and so wonderful. But last night I took my cousin there for a special 50th birthday. The server definitely had a terrible poker face, as in he did not hide the fact that he wanted to turn over his table quickly. The busboy assistants kept wanting to clear our plates so fast. At one point my cousin was clearly not finished eating, and the guy wanted to pick up her plate. And I finally said can you please slow down a minute??!! I felt extremely embarrassed that I spoke so highly of this place, and in turn she felt like it was a busy night at Olive Garden! I am completely irate!

The ambience? Classy Venice. Service? On point and genuine. The food? Fresh made pastas, a pillowy focaccia, tangy Parmesan and lemon shaved artichoke salad. We were seated by the pasta making window and actually watched one master pasta maker teach another to roll very small corkscrew noodles. To make the dough out of semolina and eggs. They were smiling at us and having fun, we were having fun. All in all a memorable evening.

The food was incredible. Everything was great until we realized something was wrong with our food. The situation was the pesto sauce tasted and smelled like seafood. My guest and I both immediately looked at each other the second we took a bite and said, “I didn’t know there were seafood in this.” When we asked the waitress about it, she informed us that there is another pesto sauce that does have seafood in it, but this one does not. There was no possible way that this could have seafood in it, that she had been working there for 3 yrs and actually told me that I was crazy. Her service completely changed after that situation and she never checked in on us again. Outside of that experience, it was incredible.

Shout out to Alex our waiter - he recommended several items to us and was also wonderful picking out cocktails and wine after listening to what we like in a drink/food. The squash blossoms , mushroom pizza and arugula salad, bread loaf, bolognese pasta, cacio and Pepe, bustini pesto pasta were all delicious. Save room for desert the bundino is off the charts. We loved sitting on the heated patio - great vibe
