Welcome to Felix, a wine & pasta bar that celebrates the sweet lifestyle of Italy, right here in Launceston. Join us in our exploration of outstanding produce, in bottle & on plate, from Tasmania, Australia & beyond. Our venue is vibrant, funky & modern, with a friendly & non-pretentious service style.

We serve Lunch & Dinner Wednesday through Saturday, & also serve Breakfast Friday & Saturday.

Lunch & Dinner (Thursday-Saturday) showcases our main affair: fresh pasta & accompanying plates with modern Australian flair & a ever-present traditional Italian twist. Additionally, fresh Italian Panini are available for takeaway, from 11am, made with fresh & local ingredients.

Breakfast (Friday-Saturday) brings the addition of specialty coffee, Euro-inspired breakfast dishes & treats, such as Portuguese tarts.

Enjoy some complimentary small bites with your drink purchase from our bar while you notch down (or up) the pace of your week. ***NOTE***: Bookings for Aperitivo (between 5pm - 6pm Wed/Thurs) are for Aperitivo only and have a max duration until 6pm only. If you wish to have dinner with us and enjoy our usual 2 hour sittings, please book outside APERITIVO hours (ie. 6:30pm onward).

    Service was amazing, food was even better !!! The space was so gorgeous and intimate made for a really great night out. Will be back !!

    Amazing new Launceston venue for wine and Italian inspired pastas, showcasing local quality produce with easy vinyl listening. Exceptional service and a generous wine list including locals, lesser knowns and Italian reds to complement the menu. All housemade deliciousness plus cosy cafe by day with exceptional coffee!

    Amazing vibe and atmosphere and very cosy. Food could have been a little better, I was expecting warm foccacia but it was cold and my pasta was not as hot as it could have been and lacking a bit of flavour. Could not fault the service though and wine was great.

    My appointment was a no-show. However, I stayed and enjoyed lovely fresh pasta, Sam's famous focaccia, and delicious wine. I will be returning, hopefully, next time with someone else to enjoy with!

    Couldn’t fault a thing from start to finish, everything was incredible! Food was amazing, service was outstanding and atmosphere was electric! Cannot wait to go back again!

    A lovely intimate venue, freshly made pasta dishes great wine pairings to match, tasty focaccia bread, had a great time highly recommend - we will be back!
