We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Fattoria, and it was an experience that far surpassed my expectations. This restaurant, which just celebrated its first anniversary, has clearly found its footing, offering a delightful and authentic atmosphere that perfectly complements the incredible food. Farm to table experience.

The food and the service were very good. We had dishes that we have never had before, rabbit as an example but it was very, very good. I had fish and my son had lasagna both were very good. My only caution is that the menu is somewhat limited. I understand that this allows for excellence in the dishes offered but something to keep in mind. Our server was excellent. He was attentive, engaging and thoughtful.

We were spoiled! Our server was Josh & he was incredible our son & his wife suggested the restaurant they had dinner there the night before & they said ask for Josh! Best charcuterie board we’ve had - food was amazing, we met the manager Ely too we will be back ever time we are in town felt like we knew them & that is the way they treated every guest we loved everything about it great gem!

Food is exceptional! Excellent wine list and creative cocktails. The warm welcome every time is delightful and the service always outstanding. Fattoria is one of our favorites in the Vail area no matter the season.
