Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, and diavola, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini, our own vegan ‘nduja pizza and scugnizielli dessert.

Our Neapolitan pizzeria is in the middle of Covent Garden’s buzzy theatre-district. We’re a few doors down from the English National Opera, with a view of Trafalgar Square on our doorstep.

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

Was a really nice atmosphere, the staff were very kind and attentive. They had ran out of the pizza I wanted to try but the ones we did end up ordering were still very tasty.

Phenomenally amazing pizza, as usual. Went to uni in Brighton and chuffed there are now two restaurants in London as it was a favourite eatery back in the day. I’m now Gluten Free and the pizza base really really holds up. It’s worth the extra £3 (though obviously I’d much rather there wasn’t an additional charge) Thanks Fatto! Please start selling your glasses

This is the second time we’ve been. The first was opening week and we were so impressed! Today we went and it just fell a bit flat. Within 5 mins of sitting down we had ordered, and then food was delivered within the following 10 minutes; it felt like there was no time to just enjoy our glass of wine and olives. It all felt very rushed. We had olives left and even when we paid the bill (and service charge for the pleasure of this quick meal) they were quickly taken which I felt should not have been the case. We spent all of about 35-40 minutes in there and £60 for the luxury.
