We provide valet parking from the driveway at the front of the hotel. Underground hotel parking is located at the Quebec Street entrance, and there is elevator access to the dining room level. Everything we tried was amazing. The food, the presentation and the service were all top shelf, to be sure. We were initially seated in one of the comfortable sofas, but we realized this wouldn't work for our party as talking across the table would be more difficult, so we were re-seated at a traditional table right away. The waitstaff were attentive and knowledgeable. The food and cocktails though ... oh my word. Just really excellent. Steak tartare, cheese and onion bun, scallops, chicken, spaghetti, steak, risotto, all great.

We were there for happy hour. It was excellent. The food was great. There’s a new menu but they still have chicken karanga. It’s the best, but we had to some duck things that were really good too… best of all the drinks for half-price.

Have had several opportunities to enjoy this restaurant’s cuisine & ambience but this was the first opportunity I had to sit out in the patio area. Has both a cozy & rather zen feel to it, both of which were further amplified by their delightful cocktails!

Cocktails and service were top notch but the food was underwhelming. Most of our party ordered the wagyu burger and it had zero taste. One of the patties had a big chunk of grizzle in it too. Not great.

Our server Sunny was brilliant. She helped us decide from the menu, never interfered with our conversation yet was always nearby when we needed her Thank you Delish French toast! Light and devastatingly gorgeous in appearance!

Our first time dinning at Fathom since its opening. We love the layout. The service was impeccable. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our waiter was polite, funny and attentive. Our breakfast was so good and the portions were not too big. Our conversation was never interrupted, the staff is obviously very well trained and know just when to stop by to ensure all is well. We noticed the manager moving around the restaurant constantly checking that tables were cleared, cleaned and set for new diners. She was often doing the clearing and setting herself, this I like to see. We noticed a couple that after they finished their meal, they told their server that the table was wobbly. Immediately after they left, the manager checked the table and adjusted the feet. My husband’s only complaint was that he didn’t like their chairs and the sofa we sat on at our table was a bit too low compared to the table height, but not a deal breaker by any means. We can’t wait to go back and try the outdoor seating and their dinner menu.

Love Fathom. Their menu is great and their food is fantastic. I have never been disappointed with the food. They have these great tables with couch seating and they are sooo comfortable. I find the staff super accommodating and quite nice.

We were visiting from Kelowna and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary dinner at Fathom. I had the scallops and my husband had the octopus. The levels of flavours were delectable!We enjoyed the Brick French Toast at brunch the next day. Our server at dinner was Ryan and he was very attentive!

The service from 3 staff members was outstanding: the best that I have had in Victoria in 50 years. I ordered Ahi Tuna tacos which were delicious.

Service was friendly and courteous. Waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was ingenious and delicious. Really appreciated the room between tables. Overall, fabulous experience which exceeded expectations.

This was my second time at Fathom. The first time was INCREDIBLE!! Unfortunately this last time the food wasn't as good. The calamari to be specific. I will definitely go back and have told many people to try this place out.

The menu for Dine Around Victoria was good. Flavours matched and the overall experience was enjoyable. The portions were very small, especially the "appetizers", and did leave us wanting more food afterwards.

The ambience was very nice. The tables were spaced apart nicely so you could have a private conversation. The food was good quality and each dish was explained in detail.

Outstanding Dining Experience! I took a good friend out for her birthday dinner and it happened to be during Dine Around. First time for both of us at Fathom and we chose it after hearing friends describe their wonderful meal and experience at the Dine Around gala. We were so pleased with the entire evening. Friendly and welcoming (all staff), great ambience, comfortable seating, great range of choices on the Dine Around menu (and the "regular" menu), really exceptional plating visuals, attentive service throughout the meal (anticipatory service), recommendations, a really beautiful dining room and view. We will be back and would highly recommend this restaurant (they have a lovely bar area as well).

Menu was well organize- it had a culinary theme and diverse options that did not overwhelm us. Delicious!!! Service was excellent - seated right away, drinks and food orders were well timed, explanation of the components of the dishes was much appreciated.
