Faro Blanco was a change of venue for my girlfriend and me for dinner. The non- Mexican white wine prices were outrageous but the pasta w/Lobster was good. The venue was sophisticated and clean where the service was just ok. I probably wouldn’t go back…

Favorite restaurant at Presidente (better than Alfredo). Ambiance and service were impeccable. Food was very tasty and well cooked.

Excellent service and great food. Wontons were very good, as were the coconut soup, pad Thai and lobster fettuccine.

This is an expensive restaurant with a somewhat limited menu. It leans pretty heavily on squid, octopus, lobster and other edgy seafood. I had snapper with rice noodles which was very tasty but not especially filling. There are no side dishes with the main courses. Two entrees with 4 glasses of wine set us back a c-note.

We loved Faro Blanco and would absolutely eat here again. The staff was fantastic and location near the beach was beautiful. Our dinner was excellent and all the food was prepared perfectly. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed two delicious meals at Faro Blanco while we stayed a week at the Intercontinental in Cozumel. Everything, from the food to the service, was impeccable and impressive. Our steak was cooked to perfection, the salad was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals eaten at FB. We’d absolutely dine here our next time in Cozumel!

Wondering experience. Food perfect, service outstanding, views. If you are looking for a fine dining experience with outstanding food, service, wine list etc this is a must. If you like high end steakhouses in the states such as a flemings, Eddie v etc then you will like Faro. I Dress up, enjoy a cocktail with the view and fresh seafood. A must for those looking for a refined dinner overlooking the ocean. Would come back again but only on the island for a night.

The food was very good with a wide menu and the wine list is extensive. The service and ambiance was impeccable. We would love to go back. It is a little on the expensive side, but that is our only negative. Love it!

Not sure if Open Table does let the restaurants know if the reservation is for any celebration because this restaurant, along with some others in the past, never mentioned of my family’s birthday. It is always disappointing. Table - no assigned seats for small groups even with the reservation. They let you sit anywhere so if you want a table by the glass wall, go there early. We sat on the first table on the left. My chair was so low that I had to put some cushions under me to dine. Bench on the other side looked higher so I let my daughter (birthday girl) sit there. Service - very well Food - Crab rolls weren’t impressive. It was a crab version of spring roll and tasted more tomalley than meat. I was expecting something like a lobster roll…I was wrong. My husband ordered a soup as an appetizer. It was good, slightly heavier side on the flavor. A big bowl though. I believe it was meant to be a main course. I wish the server would have told us. My mixed ceviche was ok. Shrimp with tamale was ok too. Shrimps were cooked to the perfection. The best food for the night was the risotto. Most seafood/Asian fusion restaurants tend to make their sauce very sweet. This place was not an exception. I’m sorry to say but it was not really my level of sweetness. My daughter enjoyed her Tres Leche without a candle though!

Excellent service and food. I loved the decor; it was calming and a great setting to enjoy the meal. Try the Pad Thai, you will not be disappointed. Our waiter was the best, very attentive.

We ate here on our first night at the resort after traveling all day. Lovely little spot to get dinner. The service was so attentive and so friendly, yet extremely professional. Tuna app was yummy!

Our favorite meal at the Presidente Resort! The service is amazing at all the restaurants but these gentlemen were exceptional! The food was presented beautifully and was delicious! The Veg won tons and pad Thai were our favorites! Coffee cocktails are a treat! The tres leches is a dessert masterpiece !

Are here while staying at the Presidente. Highly recommend for a nice dinner. We had a Seabass and the braised short ribs which were both delicious the braised short ribs were phenomenal! We also had our 12-year-old son with us and they have a great kids menu and are very accommodating. Nothing like watching the sunset with a glass of wine and good food. Dessert was the Tres leches with coconut sauce, which sadly wasn’t very good, go for their sorbets instead.

We liked our first dinner at Faro Blanco so much we went back a second time! Our party of 4 enjoyed another great meal with spectacular service and delicious food. The presentations on the plate were beautiful -- 2 Chilean Sea Bass and 2 Seafood Risotto -- not a detail missed! I highly recommend this restaurant!

What a wonderful dining experience! The service was outstanding and the food delicious! The wine list was quite extensive and we found a French Bordeaux that was reasonably priced and delicious. The meal started with an amuse buche of Shrimp Bisque that was so flavorful. Our table of 4 ordered Chilean Sea Bass (which I highly recommend), Short Ribs, New York Prime, and Cowboy Steak. Everyone loved their entrees and gave it a thumbs up!

This place is incredible. The service was excellent and food was quite good. The chef puts a lot of effort into food presentation, so it looked as good as it tasted. The chicken shrimp pad thai was spectacular. My wife had the Chilean sea bass and is was a large piece of fish. In the us, the portions are much smaller for this fish. It came with a mango sauce on the side that was incredible. Highly recommend this restaurant.
