Party of 6, we shared tuna carpaccio, buratta and hamon, and we each ordered filet mignon. Every course including 2 amuse bouche and dessert was first class!!!

Tuvimos el gran honor de visitar este hermoso restaurante, con un gran recibimiento por parte de Dayana y así mismo con una excelente presentación y actitud que te hacen sonreír. Mismo que contagió para así guiarnos hasta nuestra mesa con una vista espectacular. Seguido del servicio de cada uno de los mesero pero.., en especial de Carlos que nos deleitó con cada una de sus recomendaciones desde alimentos y bebidas que nos encantaron en cada bocados y trago siendo de ello ¡Perfecto!, celebramos un cumpleaños y el pastel estuvo fenomenal. Si están leyendo esto, por favor. feliciten a todo el equipo a cada uno y juntos. Están haciendo un gran y maravilloso trabajo. Gracias Dayana, Carlos. Esperamos volver pronto y deleitar nuestro paladar con sus alimentos pero aún mejor con ese servicio tan personalizado que llamamos Elegancia.

Elegant setting however, the quality of the food was far from exceptional. At this price point the food should make you want to return but we did not have anything we would order again

Nice restaurant. Upscale food and service. We were told the appetizers were small and not sharable, however, we found the quantity significant and could be shared by two. Three of us ordered the fillet although the quality was excellent, none were cooked as we requested. On a positive note, they did offer a vegan entree for one of our guests. This was a nice surprise. The desserts were nice, but do not recommend the Kunafa. If you are familiar with this dessert, you will be disappointed. The tiramisu was superb and the sorbet was delightful.

This was the best meal we had in Cancun. If you want to get away from the all-inclusive food and have a proper French meal, this is it. Wonderfully attentive service, fine dining, while looking at the ocean and listening to live piano music.

Amazing restaurant.Romantic,excellent service and delicious food.Waiters are very polite and explain all the options on menu .The pianist is very talented as well. Prices are very reasonable compared to nearby restaurants. My absolute favourite in Cancun I had the Cornish hen and my daughter had the fish of the day and the appetizers were excellent as well.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times over the past several years. The service is simply impeccable, and the ambience subdued and comfortable. There is a wonderful jamon iberico appetizer with the ham sliced carefully right in front of you. They have had the same grand piano player for years, and he is great. This is not a restaurant for babies or young children.

Has been and still is the finest dining in the Cancun hotel zone, for the best value. The service is amazing and what you expect at a Michelin star restaurant. We had the Iberico ham starter, well worth the cost. The food is prepared with care and presented very well. The piano music was perfect background. Unlike the neighboring restaurants, the service is over the top and the noise level is quiet talk relaxing. It is by far the best value in the area as the cost of entree is the same or less than than the over rated chain stores nearby. We ate here on our last visit and it was again the highlight of our dining in Cancun this trip.

Great food and service as always! Always like the presentation of food courses. May be a little much for some people. If this is not your cup of tea, go wear your ball cap , sport shorts, and tennis shoes at the Hardrock ;)

A dining experience that doesn’t compare! When we come to Cancun we always dine at Fantino. Our dinner was delicious beyond words and the service was outstanding as always. It’s so nice to be treated like a special guest when dining out anywhere and at Fantino they really make you feel special. As I had booked this as an anniversary dinner, they did a wonderful job recognizing our anniversary. Fantino is a must when visiting Cancun.

The absolute undeniably best restaurant I have ever experienced! Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful piano music, delectable cuisine. We are here twice during our week here at the Kempinski Hotel. Always love dining here! We come one a year, every time we are in Cancun, and were worried it would change or close down once Kempinski hotel took over for the former Ritz Carlton Cancun. Thankfully they haven’t changed much. Service is impeccable and food is always top tier. Live piano player is the cherry on top! And they made it special for my parents’ birthdays

A plush NYC or Paris style restaurant in the heart of the Hotel Zone. Food, soup to nuts, is outstanding and the waitstaff's attention to every detail is to be admired. The dinner is complete with excellent piano music played by one of the best pianist in Cancun. This is definitely the spot to go to and to be remembered on your vacation in Mexico's premiere resort destination!

It was like stepping back in time when things were elegant and romantic in a restaurant. The pianist did a fabulous job adding the music and ambiance to the evening. The food was excellent and we were glad we ordered the Anniversary Tasting Menu! The service was top notch, too! We had a lovely evening. Thank you for maintaining class and service. It will be a night my husband and I will remember from our trip.

The restaurant service is timed perfectly with food and beverages served in unison, as if choreographed. The filet was delicious, as were the sides, amuse bouche, and desserts. The pianist plays lovely music. The only surprise was that very few people dined there. Lively space with amazing service and delicious food.

I believe this is the easiest, most positive dining review I've ever written because everything was simply exceptional. Superb service, food quality and preparation, and setting, including live piano performance of popular music that elicited appreciative light applause from diners. My dinner guest and I each ordered two courses, which were accompanied by four small, unexpected complimentary plates served before and after the two dishes we ordered. "El momento de la verdad / The moment of truth," as the head waiter said when uncovering the main dishes, is that we had an outstanding dining experience!

We went to Fantino for a birthday dinner on NYE. Unless we missed the information in the website somehow, we did not realize the menu would be price fixed for the evening. The cost per person was $250 excluding drinks. $250 per person! We had 10:00 pm reservations so we knew we would not likely find dining options if we left. The service and ambiance was great. The food wasn’t up to par with the cost. I ordered the filet which was served almost at room temp and was over cooked. $700 dinner that would ordinarily cost less than 1/3 of that amount at any high end US restaurant. Nice restaurant but again just not worth the cost and food was just ok.
