The food was so delicious and the space was beautiful however the service was very poor and disappointing for a place like this.

Very average experience. Food was way overpriced for the quality. Bison was not even close to medium as ordered.

We had a terrific evening celebrating our college graduate. The service was attentive, ask for Tina. The dinner menu offered a wide variety from venison to risotto. The sides are big enough for sharing and the cocktails are superb.

food was good. i didn't realize the short rib was basically a pot roast so that's my bad. the mashed potatoes were amazing. same with the prosciutto bruschetta (the bread was hard to chew though). if you're going to eat here, get the bison steak. it is absolutely amazing! (also be advised that this restaurant is attached to the hotel. it is not a stand-alone restaurant.)

It may have just been an off day. They seemed very understaffed. It took 90 minutes to get an omelet and pancakes. Our server seemed to be trying hard but man this was a rough experience.

Had a great meal celebrating Earth Day! Chef Lindsey's buffet featuring spring dishes using ingredients from locally sourced providers was delightful. The bruschetta was inspired - asparagus with smoked tomato glaze, the mushrooms were addictive and the sirloin was melt in your mouth delicious. Appreciated the excellent wine pairing suggestions to make a delectable experience.
