The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

I brought a friend who had never been before, and she really loved the ambiance of the place. She's a server herself, so she has high standards on being waited on. Our server was very sweet and kept the mimosas coming. I love the breakfast tacos, and she had the quiche. It seemed a bit pricey for the serving size, but she did enjoy it. She's planning on returning with her family!

We took our daughter and a few of her friends to Faded for her 20th birthday and it was fantastic! Our server, Davis, went above and beyond. Bob and his crew did an incredible job of making it a very special evening.

I’m visiting from out of town and was told about the Faded Bistro and dog friendly atmosphere from a family member. I easily made reservations and got seated prior to my reservation time. The brunch menu looked delicious and I would have ordered several dishes if I could eat them all. I ordered flapjacks with berry compote. They were delicious. The service was professional and through. I sat on the porch with my pup and it had a very nice garden feeling. The staff and patrons were all pup welcoming which helped ease me seen as how it was my first time taking my pup with me to a restaurant. Highly recommend for brunch.

We really enjoyed our lunch on the outdoor patio! It was beautiful, food was wonderful, and service was attentive but not hovering. We highly recommend this restaurant! We were meeting friends from Jupitor, and we drove in from Sarasota - nice 1/2 way meeting point!
