Booked a reservation months in advance and had really high hopes for Fachini! It was good, but not great. Ambiance was on point, and we enjoyed the fresh bread, burrata and prosciutto starter. The lobster ravioli was phenomenal - a must try if you go! Great Italian wine selection, though our server wasn't very helpful in selecting a bottle. Service was nowhere near what I'd expected for the price point, and I don't understand the hype of the 100 layer lasagna. Flavors fell flat and there was barely any sauce. Veal chop marsala was just okay.

Once again another Open Table reservation that a restaurant did not have - even tho made weeks before - thankfully not busy and the restaurant got us in. The wait staff and ambiance were very nice. Very upscale nice place for a special evening.

The hostess was incredibly rude and disorganized. Got into several verbal altercations with customers during our time, gave away reserved tables to walk ins. Very poor form. Bartender and food was great though!

Usually Amazing food and drinks -always my go-to spot. Service was a little off this time and they charged 16.00 to add sauce to our to go pasta at closing time which is very very tacky and disappointing when it was dry in the first place. I know they are better than that so I’ll go back but hopefully the owners see that and approach it differently in the future

Mussels - probably the best I've found in Dallas proper, we had a bottle of Chablis to go with it. Perfect weather & ambience with very friendly server at the bar table

Just a perfect evening. Food was fantastic as usual. Such large serving have take home for another night. With Christie managing and Jennifer controlling reservations the management team is seamless .

Service was very slow, and food was underwhelming. The waiter was incredible, and he apologized for the service. Our seating for two was isolated and in the corner of the room, as were other two seaters. As neighborhood locals, we were extremely disappointed in the service and value.

Love this quaint restaurant. Great food and service. The Linguini Vognole was delicious and the sole piccata is highly recommended.

The waiter was extraordinarily slow: it took easily 12-15 minutes to get our first drink order, and when the drinks came, one of them was wrong. The waiter basically paid us little to no attention, even when trying to pay we could not find him anywhere for again 10-12 minutes. We considered having dessert there, but with everything taking so long with him, we opted to go elsewhere. The waiter was nice enough, but we were mostly not on his radar.

Really good pasta dishes! We love to sit on the patio when the weather is nice. It’s not as nice inside but still worth it for the food. Hoping they will put a little more effort into the interior at some point but we still enjoy the food in the meantime.

We have dined here before and always had a great experience. Service was sub-par and food was very salty this time. We will be back, but we were disappointed this time unfortunately.

Had the best time with family last night. Food and service was exceptional. Can’t wait to go again. The lobster ravioli was the bomb.

Being from California, Fachini overall felt like a place we could relate to. Friendly, upbeat, social and diverse environment. Great atmosphere, very nice location, great service, great food!

Our waiter was so great. He was super sweet with us, we brought our baby boy in with us and I was a little nervous because the restaurant is very nice but our waiter was great with us and you could tell it didn’t bother him at all that we brought our baby along, which I really appreciate it.

Everything was so delicious, start your finish. Service was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary charcuterie to start; a special touch! We shared the scampi, snapper and veal chop paired with Chablis and Pinot noir. Can’t wait for our next visit!

The hostess were somewhat rude when we arrived. We had a 7:30 reservation in the bar area. There were 2 available tables and they seated the walk-in’s. After we inquired where we were with our reservations, they said there were no seats available and forced us to wait. A couple seated at the bar counter heard about our ordeal offered us their seats when they were signing out. What made our visit worthwhile were the bartenders. They were aware of our ordeal, and gave us free appetizers, they were very attentive and provided great customer service. Too bad I can’t say the same about the hostess. The food was amazing.

Arguably one of the best restaurants in Dallas. Highly recommend to anyone! I’ve celebrated various special occasions and enjoyed regular dining here, there’s never been one thing to take off points for.
