Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

The food and service were phenomenal. The price is higher than what we'd usually spend but it was worth it for a unique and special experience. Can't even describe how delicious their carrot gnocchi was... We'll be dreaming of that forever. Marshall our knowledgeable and attentive server was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was delicious. The carrot gnocchi was my favorite of the savory dishes. The bread course - a sourdough focaccia with garlic cream dip - was outstanding. The best bread I’ve had in years.

Not a vegan or a vegetarian but always looking for a great dining experience. Fabrik was spectacular, full stop. Loved the elegant presentations, the exceptional taste combinations, the friendly service, and approachable fine dining.

We dined here for our Wedding Anniversary and our 7 course tasting was outstanding! Everything was so delicious. I keep thinking about the carrot gnocchi dish and that cashew cream that came with the bread course! I look forward to going back and would highly recommend it.

So the restaurant looked like a prank tv show set of a restaurant but everyone working there was so wonderful and the food was incredible so who cares! It was so nice just getting brought out delicious vegan dish after dish without having to think about what you want from a menu at all. Really thoughtful and varied menu. Thanks Fabrik, we appreciate you!

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! My fiancé and I have been twice now in the last 6 moths, both times with a different 7 course menu and we are always left so amazed! The presentation, the flavors, the staff.. perfection! Last night we did the wine pairing with our tasting and it was so much fun and the staff was so detailed with what he was pouring every time. It really is such an amazing experience. We definitely plan to visit once every time there's a new menu. We always have so much fun and never leave hungry or disappointed.

Fabulous experience all around. Great pace for the courses, unobtrusive service and stellar vegan food. Everything was tasty, but the gnocchi and turnip cigars were standouts. We look forward to trying them again.

We loved our experience at Fabrik! My only complaint is that they don’t serve hard liquor / cocktails. Other than that it was fabulous!

What an amazing dining experience. I have never had sourdough bread so soft, moist, and spongy. We were able to taste the flavors and textures in each course, and the sake pairing was also amazing. Though it’s a very small restaurant, it made the experience so much more intimate and helped create an ambience that was very homey while also being upscale. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner!

Loved our visit - every dish was amazing, but especially loved the sourdough bread and pasta! The service is very friendly and low key, lots of non-alcoholic drink options in addition to nice wine and beer selections. Not just for vegans - really is food that anyone would enjoy! Highly recommend!

This tasting will exceed all of your expectations. A definite must, and this is from someone that eats meat with every meal otherwise. Great wine selection also. Super quaint and personalized environment which seats only 22. 👍🏻👍🏻 I did not ask how frequently they change the menu, but I cannot wait to take my next visitor here regardless.

FABRIK was nothing but amazing! The food was so flavorful and delicious, with each course creative and beautifully prepared. The small setting (can seat 24 total across 2 rooms) is intimate and the service was great. We went with a group of 4 and can’t wait to go back when they switch from their winter to spring menu. Highly recommend!!!

Fabrik keeps getting better and better. Their new expansion is wonderful and solves the previously unusual bathroom situation. Now I have nothing but praise for this excellent plant based restaurant. Creative ideas and amazing wine pairings. Can’t wait for the Spring menu.

Chef Je is phenomenal! She is so creative- the food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful. We loved every course and are sad to miss another meal of this menu but are looking forward to the next experience. Elevating vegan food to its highest level!

Couldn't recommend this dining experience enough, from the presentation, to the service, to the divine FLAVORS. Whatever biases assert plant-based cuisine cannot be just as scrumptious and flavorful as any other are proven completely wrong at Fabrik. We generally have a rule against re-visiting the same places just because there's so much out there to try, but we have been telling all our friends about it and are now eagerly awaiting the next (seasonal) menu evolution to experience it all over again!

This was an absolutely amazing culinary experience! Whether you are vegan or not, I would recommend it. The chef's ability to elevate even the most "basic" vegetable was truly impressive. The 7 courses were extremely filling in spite of the deceptively small portions. We literally were unable to finish it all! The wine pairing option was a nice touch. I wish I lived closer so I could be a repeat customer.

What a joy to try such beautiful and tasty food! It is rare as a vegetarian to be able to eat everything on a menu, and I loved every bite. Planning to return the next time the menu changes. We hope to be regulars!

The best meal and dining experience I’ve had in Austin so far (lived here 4 years). Everything was wonderful. The service, aesthetic, and food were top tier. We couldn’t choose a favorite dish as they were all visually appealing and delicious. We met the chefs and they were lovely people as well. I will definitely be back!

FABRIK provided us with an exquisite dining experience! We took pictures of each and every course because the food was beautiful as well as delicious. It was the perfect place to wow an out-of-town vegetarian guest proving that the Austin food scene is so much more than BBQ.

Excellent experience at Fabrik! It's been a long time and many restaurants since I've been able to give such a great review. I look forward to their new menu in April to come again. The service, atmosphere, price, and most importantly food were top notch.
