Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

The food, service and wine pairing did not live up to the standard one should expect from a restaurant like this. While I want to support businesses like this, it was a ruined birthday rather than an enjoyable experience. Incredibly disappointed.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of fine dining with vegetarian and vegan needs. The staff was very accommodating with one of our parties needs for gluten-free options as well. Each dish that came out was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceptionally thoughtful. Highly recommend and definitely worth the price.

So great to have fantastic vegan fine dining in Austin. Love that they have expanded their space. Hope to catch every season's new menu.

Our meal at Fabrik was a night to remember. From the outstanding menu to the immpecable service, we will be back for sure. Thank you for providing a vegan meal worthy of non vegans and for not trying to serve meat substitues. Truely amazing.

This is a must visit place. Food is outstanding and far exceeded my expectation. An absolute treat for your taste buds. Very ingenious, creative, and skillful chef. This is my first time going for a tasting menu, didn't expect a lot in terms of food taste (given my other fine dine experiences). But the food blew my mind. MUST VISIT!!!!!

Such a fun and enjoyable experience! The food was amazing. My mother and I enjoyed the full 7 courses! Each course was delicious and delivered like a piece of art.
