Fabrik is the intersect of fine dining and mom & pop restaurant hosted in an intimate micro restaurant space. We offer a 5 and 7-Course tasting at 6pm, and a 7-Course tasting at 8:30pm Wed-Sun. Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

Beautiful and delicious… one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. Dont let the Vegan based menu scare you away. I’m not a vegan and the flavors were incredibly complex and satisfying. The service was simply amazing and it wasn’t the standard Austin scream fest. You can actually have a conversation! I highly recommend this charming restaurant. It is a treat and I cannot wait to return when the menu changes for the season. Kudos to the chef and staff. VERY well done.

We had a wonderful experience. It’s hard to pick a favorite item from the menu because everything is so lovingly prepared and delicious! Highly recommend Fabrik.

The wine pairings with the exceptional 5-corse meal was outstanding! Phenomenal quality, presentation, and flavors. I’m not vegetarian, but this was an unforgettable meal!

First visit and WoW, delish! We heard about Fabrik from a friend, I cannot believe I had never heard about this place since I love the food scene in Austin and keep up with great experiences and food There’s not another restaurant in Austin doing anything like this, I mean come on, a 7 course plant based tasting menu! My top three were the wonton first course, the mushroom dumpling, and the shortcake dessert Loved every bite and do yourself a favor and go ahead and add the wine parings Thank you for feeding us such wonderful food!

A treat every time we go, some of best food you’ll ever eat vegan or not. And yes it’s all vegan even the beverages (I overheard the waiter continuously answering questions about “dairy” etc.)
