Our passion for delicious and healthy food, exquisite desserts, and beverages has led us to the opening of Evergreen restaurant. We have spent nearly two years searching the world for the best recipes, curating the finest selection for our restaurant. The exciting story of our long journey is reflected in our cuisine, the exquisite tastes of each dish presented the unique atmosphere of the restaurant, imbued with the idea of unity with nature, harmony with oneself and the outside world, the desire to appreciate every moment of your life and not waste time on trifles.
Our menu features French desserts by top pastry chefs worldwide and dishes from Georgian, Mediterranean, and Eastern European cuisines.
The coffee machine, designed by espresso inventor Pier Teresio Arduinо produces the best coffee extraction. The original Turkish coffee and baklava, imported directly from Istambul, offer an impressive journey into the heart of the mysterious and attractive Eastern culture.

Absolutely lovely meal! The staff is welcoming, the presentation and ambiance is great, food is delectable, and I am so excited we found this restaurant. A new local favorite!

Brussels sprouts and saganaki appetizers were delicious. Meatball flatbread and meatball ragu were very tasty and well prepared - didn't skimp on ingredients. Great options for dessert too. As with all dining now, staggered by the final bill of $120 (without tip) - the cost of eating out just ruins the evening.

We made reservations weeks ago. Our one request was to not be by the door. Where did they put us…. Right by the door. I asked to be moved since my reservation requested not by the door. Got a snotty response that the one other table our size made their reservation three weeks before us. I found that hard to believe. But if that was true then why did then not contact me informing me they could not accommodate my request. They happily took a charge card to hold reservation but didn’t inform me they could not meet my request. Also they were out of items on menu ( honey cake). Waitress however was very nice.

We took my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day brunch and had a delicious meal. Our server, Ashley was wonderful - responsive, professional and very welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. We will certainly return!

Beautiful space and excellent service. Food was good, but not mind-blowing. My husband said his dish (the stroganoff) was very tender, but lukewarm and a bit salty. I had the pierogis, which were decent. The brussel sprouts app was tasty, although the goat cheese sauce was a little rich and could have used some acid to cut through it. Was a nice date night, overall.
