James H was a great server. He was low key, very knowledgeable and just a fun guy. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxed and fun. The views were amazing! We will definately be back and might even try out the conedy show next time.

The food is usually excellent, sadly my husbands ribeye, ordered medium-rare came out medium to medium-well. He was disappointed but didn’t say anything because we were celebrating an event and he didn’t want to ruin the vibe. The service is excellent and I am absolutely positive they would have made the correction had he brought it to their attention. The rest of us enjoyed the food immensely. It’s a little on the pricy side, so not a “value restaurant” but it’s lovely and we like to go for special occasions. I’m sure we will return.

First time to visit Everett's, and the occasion was our anniversary. Reservations were made two days in advance. We requested a table by a window. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it was a short wait. We were seated at a table with a window. Great view of frozen Lake Wasilla and the mountains. We were served very quickly after being seated. We started off with a cocktail, which was very good. Wife had a wedge salad. and I had the seafood chowder, and both were excellent. My wife and I both had the 8 oz top sirloin, and it was cooked to our order. Steak was very good. I had sauteed mushrooms with the steak, and it was fine, but I will try onions next time. Being our anniversary, the dessert was provided, and we shared the creme brule cheesecake, and it was excellent. Our server gave us great attention. Overall, I highly recommend Everett's.

We chose our reservation for the Friday evening after Valentine’s Day to avoid the crowds . The dining room was busy but not packed . Our appetizer ( the pepper shrimp ) was breaded and deep fried and surprisingly good ! For a main course we both chose the Suvi prepared fillet cooked medium . We were both excited to try something new ! However when our steaks arrived they were not medium but quite rare . If we had ordered rare they would have been still undercooked . Over all we had a great time . The atmosphere was romantic . The lights were dimmed …….. our server was awesome ! We will be back .

Valentines Day fell on Ash Wednesday and there was no selection possible on their special menu that would have avoided meat and no vegetarian option Ala Carte. Disappointed as we’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it.

Great 2nd trip to Everett's! We were asked if we wanted to set in the bar but other than that the service was great with a nice quiet, relaxing table (not in the bar) with a great view, great server and even a great check in from the Manager! :)

First time coming for brunch. Only odd thing, we were 2nd group seated and were told they only had 3 orders of biscuits and gravy left. Otherwise the food was lovely and we all enjoyed brunch.

When I made the reservation I asked for regular seating not bar. We were sat on the other side of the bar so may have been my misunderstanding. I thought I was choosing to the left when you walk through the doors. Other than that food and service was great as usual.

We weren't happy with seating in the bar area & didn't request. Karaoke was going on in an adjacent room & very loud & annoying. Waitress was absent for long periods. No silverware/napkins at table. Unhappy with appetizer - didn't meet expectations for this restaurant. Prime rib was overcooked.

I had the Macadamia nut halibut and was Amazing! It was cooked to perfection and the flavor was so very good. My husband has the prime rib and it was also cooked to his liking and very flavorful. The service was great as well!

We had a party of 6 and they gave us a great seat with a beautiful view! The drinks were handcrafted and super yummy. The food came out quick and hot and hit the spot! We will definitely be returning!

The food was wonderful and our server was very good. The noise level was pretty high. Some of our food items had too much salt, but that could have been remedied had I not forgotten to ask for no salt on everything I ordered. Will definitely be back!

I had let them know it was our anniversary and my husbands birthday and they had a sweet little sign and ribbon on our table as well as complimentary dessert. Our waiter was very good! It was the end of the season so it was very quiet and nice! September 10th

It was the worst 250.00 meals I’ve ever had!! The crab legs were over cooked the spinach artichoke dip was awful, salmon was overcooked, steaks were cold and not cooked right

Our food was excellent. We had salmon and also the seafood pasta. Food presentation was impressive. We chose to dine outdoors lakeside and it was beautiful and peaceful.

The dining area was a little cold. Also as it gets darker it would have been nice for a small candle to be on the table. I would also train the waiters to come to the side of individuals to fill their glass and not reach over. Zach our waiter was once again incredible, attentive and sweet.

Everett’s at Mat-Su Resort: We have found our new favorite place to dine for a wonderful meal and drinks. Beautiful views of Wasilla Lake and the surrounding mountains make this a very special place in the valley. The beets and berries salad is so tasty on a bed of cashew spread. It’s a meal on its own. The Blind dates rival any I’ve ever had at any tapas restaurant I’ve tried in the states. The filet was a small roast cooked to a perfect medium and very tender. And the Macadamia halibut is delicious! Thank you so much. And kudos to the wait staff. They were on their game. When the woman brought my beet salad she explained the best way at to enjoy. She was not wrong. They earned the five ⭐️. 😍😍😍😍😍

Nice atmosphere allows for leisurely dining. The spicy calamari and sweet chili aioli was plentiful and tasty. Main dishes were very good. A lot on the plate( took home leftovers). Wait staff checks in but not overdone. Went for the Sunday brunch. I’m coming back for evening dining
