Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

    Had an amazing dinner at Etch. We sat at the chef's table and enjoyed watching all the plates be prepared. Everything looked delicious and so beautifully presented. Was hard to choose our meal. We ended up having the arancini. Very good! And then I had the lamb entree (they were out of venison) and my husband the filet mignon. They were both exquisite! The flavors melted in your mouth. They looked like works of art. For dessert, we had the rhubarb almond tart. OMG, I would have ordered a second one if I could've!!! So amazing! The service was great, as was the vibe. Definitely recommend!

    Had a wonderful meal. The shrimp and octopus bruschetta was delicious. So was the lamb and filet as well as mahi mahi.we were in town for vacation and the six of use had a great meal.

    We loved our dinner at Etch. Our server, Carter, was everything we think a fine-dining server should be---attentive, informed and very friendly but not overbearing. Our dinners were amazing as well, but really it's the quality of service that we kept coming back to. We were very happy, and we'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

    Our server was fabulous, she remembered what I ordered last month. And, I appreciate the manager coming by to talk with us. The salad was delicious and so was the empanada.
