Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

Chef was incredible to watch & helped us decide all of our culinary destinations for the weekend. This place is truly a gem, the chef’s counter is the only way to go. Kevin crushed it helping us craft our courses & helped us decide on the Prosecco to celebrate. 10/10 recommend for anyone in Nashville. The food was a star of the show.

Highly recommended! Etch always exceeds my expectations for great food and remarkable service. The unique mix of flavors on every item on the menu, from appetizers to dinner to dessert is truly fantastic! The service is the best you will experience in downtown Nashville, from host staff to bar staff to servers!

One of the favorites for in Nashville. We frequently come here for the shows and games. The menu has all you want for a few visits, but either we come to frequently or it's not quite broad enough for close multiple visits. Every dish is excellent to very good. Only two sides to choose from is trimmed down too much.

Loved the cauliflower appetizer and the Gluten free “buns” were great (recommended by our server). Service was very attentive and friendly. Manager came over and introduced himself b/c of my gluten allergy to assure me he was keeping extra watch over my food! My husband also really enjoyed the filet.

Our server was excellent, very well-informed, and worked around an allergy. I would have given a higher mark for the overall experience, but the meal felt rushed. We just received a shared appetizer; salads were out before our second bite. We were never asked if we would wine with dinner, I guess it was assumed we were happy with our starting cocktail.

We eat at ETCH frequently and it is one of our favorite Nashville Restaurants. We were disappointed that even though we had a very early evening reservation they were out of the fish entree and there were only two sides available to order. The meals we had were good but not what we had hoped to order. This will not stop us from returning but hope this was just an anomaly.

Review is for the hostess. Quite rude and said no reservations for an hour and turned me away. Was able to make a reservation right there online as there were many seats available. Food is also just ok. Nothing amazing. Waitress was very good however, nice and sweet and very helpful.

We are visiting from NY and had dinner here on a Wednesday night after seeing a few folks recommending it in a travel group, boy were we glad we listened!!! Our table was ready for us as soon as we walked in, and our waitress Kim came with food and drink menus immediately. I was surprised to see how busy the place was on a Wednesday! After placing our order (Kim had great knowledge of the menu and was really great all night) our food arrived quickly, we started with the shrimp and octopus bruschetta… WOW! Portion was definitely for two and it was so delicious. We then had the chef’s special which was a port loin that night, and the lamp meatballs, both were not only beautifully plated but mouthwatering. We ended with the Neopolitan for dessert and it was the perfect sweet treat to end an absolutely lovely dinner. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious dinner with great service from beginning to end!

My wife and I split with the Roasted Cauliflower and the etched Salad. I had the Lamb Meatballs, and my wife had the Moroccan Bastilla for dinner. Everything was outstanding.

First I would like to say they did take the pork loin special and scallops off our bill. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restuarant based on our experience. We were seated at a table for four next to a room divider separating the party room from the main seating. Immediately we noticed it was cold and the ac was blowing cold air. We asked the server to adjust the temp. It was never adjusted. When our food was delivered 3 of the 4 entrees were placed incorrectly. Both the pork loin special and the scallops were cold when served. The fritters were dry and tasteless. Sorry for a bad review but that was our experience.

We had an awesome dinner at Etch on April 24th. I had the Filet and added a Scallop to top it off. Everything was prepared to perfection. I also had the Old Fashioned for a night cap and it tasted great! Anthony was our server and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

Great meal and service. This was our first time at Etch and loved it. The food is well prepared and beautiful. Lots of fresh ingredients. Joseph our waiter was wonderful and fun. Would def recommend to others and come back when in town.

Never disappoints....made a special trip to Nashville just to have dinner here. The entire staff works in tandem to deliver excellent service! Mahi special was so good. Lamb Meatballs were an adventure in flavors.
