L'etc. est la dernière entreprise du chef et propriétaire Deb Paquette. Situé dans le complexe Bedford Commons du quartier de Green Hills, l'etc. vous accueille du lundi au vendredi pour le dîner et le souper, le samedi pour le souper, et vous proposera un brunch du dimanche très prochainement. Dans ce deuxième restaurant, qui est plus petit que son restaurant partenaire, l'Etch, Deb inclut dans ses menus ses épices, ses produits et ses plats du monde préférés, pour vous offrir une expérience culinaire audacieuse. Sa modeste carte des vins et des cocktails comprend des vins du monde entier, une sélection de bières artisanales et quelques cocktails gourmands. Cet espace intime de 223 m² pieds est doté de tables décorées simplement, de confortables banquettes, d'un grand bar à vins et à cocktails et de nombreux sièges en plein air. Des luminaires branchés, un bleu électrique remarquable, des touches de cuivre et de verre et des éléments en bois chaleureux viennent compléter cet espace intime.

Deb Paquette’s restaurant, Etc., is a wonderful place to dine. The food and service are always excellent. She is very creative with her dishes and I’m never disappointed. I come here often. Great food, cocktails and atmosphere.

Sirloin Panzella was excellent. Pork steak was very good. Lots of good options for vegan eaters. Chicken and tortellini was good but not great; Not so exciting. strawberry butter for the bread was amazing.

the food. service and ambiance were all amazing. i will definitely be back. The location is convenient and also quiet should you choose to sit on the outdoor patio.

Other than a rather unenthusiastic receptionist this is a very good restaurant. Nice chill ambiance, service excellent and food was top class.

Very enjoyable evening with friends at a comfortable table of four. The scallops were tasty and we enjoyed the salmon and filet. Salad w grilled chicken was prepared as requested - dressing was perfect. The olive oil almond cake was a fabulous way to end the meal. Service was seamless from kitchen to table throughout the courses. Cant wait to return.

This restaurant has a good vibe. The staff is superb; courteous, friendly, helpful, and perfectly attentive to the customer. The food is always delicious and presented beautifully. I always enjoy going to Etc.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Etc but last night it just wasn’t up to my expectations. I was there with friends celebrating a birthday and we waited a VERY long time for our food. The tables around us all got seated after us and served before us and our waiter seemed forgetful. The vegetarian dish that I ordered was not what I had hoped it would be either.

We've eaten at a number of restaurants in Nashville and try to eat at a new one once a week. So far two of our favorites have been Etch and Etc and will certainly return to both in the future. The food, service & atmosphere are so great to experience.

Having been to the more French Etch restaurant (same chef/owner) our expectations were high. Sadly this place missed on a lot of levels in comparison. The food was definitely not as good. The atmosphere was so so, but much better in Etch. The customer service was amazing as was the case for Etch, but they were also out of items on the menu and seemed disorganized. It was 11AM mind you so I am not sure how they were out? Wasn’t bad per se, but not worth a return visit.

The pork ribeye was great. Other guests had the chicken, the catfish and the strip steak. Everyone was happy with their meal. A little slow getting the salads out but otherwise the service was great. Service and food at Etc. are consistently good.

Over the top as usual! My guest and I celebrated his birthday with lunch at etc., and we started with the cauliflower appetizer which is always a sure thing. Then we proceeded to and order of the lamb meatballs. These are so good that I have no words to describe them. Next we shared the warm burrata cheese with Middle Easten tomato sauce-such great flavor combinations. We ended our experience on the olive cake with burnt orange ice cream. Scrumptious!
