Check in went smooth and the waiter (Alan) was waiting for us and very attentive. Food was good, except for the parmesan chicken, it was dry. All other food was great.

Our experience was going well until one of the servers was extremely rude with us. We were a party of four. Three of us were having the two course tasting menu and one of us the salad tasting. The salad testing includes the salad bar and sides as per the restaurant website and we also confirmed that with our server. I was the one having the salad tasting and requested a pinneaple and the server was clearly not in a good day but still served me. After a while he came again serving grilled cheese and I asked for a piece. He looked at me and said the following: “I can give you a piece of pinneaple, but not the cheese because you are paying the salad bar.” We were shocked with this kind of treatment. Fisrt because that’s not the way to talk to a client and second because I never went to a churrascaria where a piece of cheese was not considered a side and I have been to many on my life. Sadly, it was my first and last time at this place.

This was the best visit we ever had to EG steakhouse. Our waitress, Marisol, was the best ever. The food was great, and the ambience was impressive.

We’ve been going to EG since they opened and it’s always been our favorite restaurant of this type. While not perfect, they are easily the most consistent and I can’t recall a single occasion where more than 1 of the meats were a miss. They have a wonderful beef selection but the chicken wrapped in bacon is always knocked out of the park. We are recognized by most of the staff and our last server David is very outgoing and encouraged us to make requests often. EG is and will remain our go-to restaurant for special occasions or a simply an occasional indulgence.
