Welcome to Est! Est!! Est!!! We are located in the breath-taking Dayton Arcade.
Our Chef Simone Conosciani is from Rome Italy. Being Italian, it has been his lifelong dream to bring his authentic Italian Cuisine to United States, Especially Dayton Ohio and we are blessed with his talents. We open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm a variety of handmade delicious pizzas from our brick oven.is available. This time allows our chefs and cooks to prep and prepare for dinner.

Est Est Est is the "go to place" in down town Dayton located in the Arcade! The food is amazing. The service is great. The bread basket is a must! Only regret is that they do not give you even a small loaf of bread with your entree. I have been there 3 times and I will be back!

I loved this restaurant so much and last night just ruined it. Everything started out weird. We walked in and two wait staff were standing there. One of the women stared at both of us, said something the the other and never said hello, boo, nothing. The other lady finally said something. We were seated right away, got our water, and appetizer and salad right away. Then we waited and waited and finally 35 minutes later we had to ask for it to go. That took another 10-15 minutes and we had to get to our show, so we got up walked to the front and was just going to tell them to forget that just charge us for what we got to that point. She brought out the bag for us - said someone quit so they were down in staff…. Why not say that…? We had to leave or I would have asked for some sort of something taken off the bill. No offer what so ever. I unfortunately have to say I wont be back. Mind you our bill was $105 and neither of us drank anything but water….. and I had to take my dinner with me and it was cold. Probably won’t eat it at all honestly.

Very nice clean restaurant with many staff available to wait tables on a Friday night. The floor plan for how the tables are spaced out were far enough apart to enjoy our experience without feeling crowded . Our server was very polite and attentive. Since I had seen on the website that the chef is from Rome, Italy I was very excited to try the food. I felt the homemade carbonara was a bit undercooked and had too much pepper. Regardless I ate the whole thing. The pizza was very good and we enjoyed trying the pickled onions and kalamata olives for something different. Our service was timely and we were finished with plenty of time to walk to the Mead Theater to enjoy the Lion King performance. Yes we would go back to try other entrees and would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Nice evening out with friends. Food was good and service as well. Not too crowded and time to get food was excellent. Appetizers and drinks came out quickly.

The restaurant had been open only a short time. The kitchen service was very slow. The carbonara was pasty. But the ambiance is excellent and there is a very nice bar.

Despite not looking too crowded, it took almost an hour for us to receive our food after ordering -- even for a salad! The food itself was tasty, but we had five minutes to eat it before we had to run to catch our show at the performing arts center, which was about a five-minute walk away. This is really unacceptable. We even told our server that we were attending the show.

We had tickets to an event and informed the server. We sat for an hour and then had to walk up to the bar and ask for our food. The salad and the main course came together which we had to hurriedly consume in order to make it to our event in time.

We found the food to be tasty and fresh. The decor was a bit boring, but we were there to enjoy a nice date night before the Schuster. They clearly do not understand this concept. Our reservation was 2 hours before showtime and we had to chase down the service to pay. Could have been worse, the table next to us still had not even had their salad, let alone main dish. I hope they will survive, but they will have to understand timely service.

Went to eat Est Est Est for the first time our waitress was exceptional! The food while a bit expensive-the serving size was great as it wasn’t too small or too big. Beautiful plates! AND everything tasted great! The homemade pasta was yummy. I’ll definitely come back.

Wondered why only 5 tables on a Saturday night at 7pm. When I got my bill I think it had to do with a $5 charge for Arcade Complex Retail Tax as levied by Dayton New Community Authority. We’ve got plenty of dining options that we don’t need to put up with such shenanigans. Dayton needs to attract people, not force them away. Shameful!!

The Veal Saltimbocca was excellent. I love the location and seating options are indoors, outdoors are inner patio of the renovated Arcade. Great wines too!!

Had standing reservations for 6:30 made over a month ago. Received a call last week asking to change our reservations to a later time due to a party if 60 that was booked. I explained that we had an event at 8 but agreed to a 715 reservation time with the understanding we needed to be served quickly to meet our 8:00 deadline. I was assured that would not be a problem. By 745, we still weren't served, we canceled our order and left.

Food was very expensive. Bread basket was good but cost $15. Always free at Italian restaurants. Service was good. Short ribs and gnocchi were very good but were $40. Carbonara and Alfredo had strong taste of cornstarch. Hope Restaurant is successful but need to make prices commensurate with quality of food.

Flavors were delicious. We had an issue with a main course so overcooked it wasn’t edible, but it was made right by the manager. They need to teach the servers pacing. We hadn’t finished dinner before we were being asked about dessert, and the bill came almost with dessert. All in all, an okay addition to downtown, but it needs some polishing.

Would not accommodate to my food allergies. On Valentine’s Day they had a very small menu and would not let me order off that menu even though I was allergic to most of it! I did not see it stated anywhere on their website or the menu that that would be the only selection for food! Ended up leaving and moved dinner to another night somewhere else.

EST EST EST is a new restaurant i desperate need of quality help and management. Overpriced and service that is just beneath Frisch's, waitstaff is not in line with prices , if you want a beer and decent pizza this is the place other than that AVOID

Attended the Valentin’s event at the 5 pm slot. For such a large holiday, there was only one bar tender. Took 40 minutes for our drinks. Two other tables that arrived later got theirs first. We didn’t get our food until an hour later. The restaurant was not full at that time (maybe 10 tables were taken?) Something was wrong with the music so it played the same song on a loop. The staff was super friendly and wonderful though. Food was great. It has the potential to be an amazing restaurant but some of the kinks need to be worked out!

Overall pretty good, it was a nice date night. Service was slow and the place was not busy. Waited a long time after the meal for the check. Food was good. The calamari and shrimp was disappointing but the lobster ravioli was amazing! Chicken marinara was solid as well. Would recommend very quiet beautiful setting.

Beautiful, simple, dark dining area. Food was primarily pasta dishes (all homemade pasta). I had the short ribs and gnocchi, and they were perfect. Service was good, nothing amazing--but common for any restaurant right now with labor shortages.

Enjoyed the ambiance of being downtown and seeing the arcade. Restaurant atmosphere also nice. Enjoyed the appetizers and entrees. Good food quality and prep. Service was a bit slow. We would certainly go back!

The restaurant was very nice looking and the restrooms were clean. The food was a bit of a disappointment. The gnocchi was described as in a "white wine sauce" but it came swimming in red sauce. We ordered the pasta carbonara but it didn't taste like any carbonara I've ever had before and truly tasted like someone tripped and fell into the dish while holding a cup full of black pepper. We ordered the burrata appetizer, but our waiter brought the bruschetta instead. There weren't many diners in the restaurant but our waiter rarely came to our table. Our drinks took a very long time to arrive, but were very tasty when we got them. We had a fine experience, but that is about all.

We love EST. Try to go as much as our schedules will allow. Mussels and lobster ravioli were delicious. Darien, as always, was outstanding.

very enjoyable dinner on a Sat PM date nite. Food was good and salmon cooked perfectly as was the shrimp. the tiramisu was excellent and light. there are still some early growing pains but they will get there.

We joined some friends for dinner for the first time at Est Est Est! The decor and ambiance was very modern and clean. The server was friendly and gave some good recommendations. We had a bread basket and a calamari/shrimp platter. Both were very fresh and the presentation was excellent. We had gnocchi, chicken parm, shrimp fettuccine, and vegan bolognese paired with some chianti and pinot noir. Everyone was happy and impressed by their entree. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back again to try some other dishes!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first dinner at EST EST Dayton. The food was excellent, wine pours generous and the cost was very good for our dining experience. Our server Darrion did a great job. Just the right amount of attention and chit chat. We will be coming back with friends.

I so wanted this to be a great experience. We made reservations for a large group for a late lunch. When we arrived a few minutes early, the host was unaware of the reservation and had to put our table together. That took 20 minutes. Once seated we realized that the lunch menu was EXTREMELY limited. No Pizzas, 4 pasta dishes and 4 sandwiches. No indication of this on their FB page. Their website was down. We waited about 30 more minutes to place our order. Now we’re 10 minutes before their closing time between lunch and dinner. Add another 30 minutes to get our food. 1 person had pasta. The rest of us, sandwiches. 2 of us ordered grilled cheese, which came out about 10 minutes after everyone else’s. All in all, we were there a little over 2 hours. My sub was just OK. Lots of bread, not much meat. Others liked their meals. The restaurant is lovely, except behind us was a table that they used to put all of the lunch dishes from all of the diners. No bussers. They gathered up all of the dishes after they closed at 3, rather than taking them to the back when they took them from the diner. Our wait person was very nice but inattentive. They seemed new. TL;DR: service sucked. Wait time was ridiculous. Menu was lacking. Food was OK.

A great lunch spot. Maybe since it was a Monday...but it was extremely quiet and not too busy. The food was delicious, just the right portion size. Even had dessert at lunch! The tiramisu was so good. Would recommend you give this quaint place a try!

First of all, thank you to the restaurant for having milk. (I have an esophageal disorder called "achalasia", and milk is the magic ingredient that allows me to enjoy a fine meal.) Darrion was fabulous. And the meal was perfect in every way. I had Linguine Vongole and a Caesar salad. Finished with super-delectable tiramisu. Love the ambiance, including the music. Maybe the best dining experience in downtown Dayton.

This is a somewhat mixed review. I ordered the lobster ravioli. It was delicious! Only the vestiges of good manners kept me from licking the plate clean. My husband ordered the pesto risotto. It, too, was tasty, but the food was tepid and the shrimp slightly overcooked. The restaurant was a bit short on staff, but our waitress was friendly and attentive. She did a great job. My husband and I shared an order of tiramisu. It was heavenly! Save room for dessert because you do not want to miss the tiramisu. A word of warning, portions are not enormous and entrees do not come with side salads. I found the prices reasonable.
