The latest French cuisine for the future.
While looted in the tradition and method of French cuisine, Lionel Beccat, Chef Executive incorporates Japanese ingredients and techniques to create simple, beautiful, and creative dishes.
Since opening in June 2012, ESqUISSE has been receiving a two-star rating in the Michelin Guide Tokyo. Chef Lionel Beccat has awarded the Gault & Millau 2018 Best Chef Award.

Only the following courses can be reserved via OpenTable. (Not changeable by phone after the reservation.)

Everything was amazing. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they gave us a special treat to commemorate it. We also got to meet Chef Beccat and he was so nice and friendly like the rest of the staff. Will be returning next time we are in Tokyo.

スタッフの教育が行き届いていて非常に素晴らしい。　店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で食器も重厚感が有り高級感が有る。流石ミシュラン星店です。

彼女とお邪魔しました。すばらしいお店でした。・お料理はアミューズからデザート、果てはお土産のマンディアンまで非常に繊細なつくりで、素材を強く引き立てる。ペアリングのワインも安定感と共に発見のある選択・サーブは総じて安心感のある距離で、丁寧かつユーモアがある。若干不慣れなスタッフさんに当たったため4点とした・雰囲気はお料理にフィットする優しい照明で、寂し過ぎずかつ賑やか過ぎないテーブル間の距離・料金はディナー2名（1名ペアリング、1名はアラカルトのドリンク）で11万円強。お料理、サーブ、雰囲気を考えれば適切な設定と感じる

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekday lunch experience. Every dish was carefully prepared and artistically presented, with a complex harmony of tastes. The citrus and spice accents were subtle but added so much depth to each dish. The homemade bread (from home-made flour!) was an excellent complement to the dishes. The service was professional but friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Both the food and service are excellent, apart from enjoying the food, I enjoyed the conversation with the restaurant managers as well, they have good knowledge of the dishes, and you can really feel their passion in delivering good food and good service to customers. A well-earned Michelin 2 stars restaurant

The food was excellent, chef Beccat really understood what the perfect combination of ingredients and Asian’s tastes were. Very tastefully cooked in my opinion. Also, immaculate service from Mr. Lavernhe and the team. One of our most memorable dinners in Tokyo.

妊婦の友人のバースデーで伺いました。気をつけなければならない食材や調理法など、予めか確認してくださり、当日はメニューの表記も友人の分は専用にご用意くださいました。クッションやひざ掛けも声かけくださるなど、行き届いたおもてなしと素敵で美味しいお料理で、良いひとときを過ごすことが出来ました！

Excellent foods and service! I am a Korean. So I have been to 3 star restaurants such as Raeon and Gaon in Seoul because of business treats. But I find EsqUisse is much better than those 3 star restaurants. I really enjoy EsqUisse !!
