We came to Empire Steak House for a birthday dinner just before seeing a Broadway show. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Our server, Petar, was amazing! He was very willing to give recommendations and provide anything we needed. The food was delicious, the ambience was nice, and we overall had a very nice time! Would definitely recommend!

Special mention goes to Manager Ridi, who ensures every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. The highlight is the USDA Prime dry-aged steaks, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The ribeye and filet mignon are standout choices. The wine list is extensive, featuring a well-curated selection. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and service makes it worth it for a special occasion.

A fantastic dinner experience! The service was way, way beyond expectations! The manager Ridi was exceptionally kind and ensured our meal was perfect!! The food quality was top-notch, the steak was cooked to perfection and it basically melted in your mounth! I would highly recommend going to Empire Steak House-Times Square! 10/10

I was really excited to try this steakhouse as it had really good reviews, almost perfect five stars on both OpenTable and Yelp so I was expecting it to be good. The food was unfortunately subpar. Their Canadian bacon & shrimp salad left a lot to be desired, and when I asked to add greens, I was charged five dollars for literally a pinch of lettuce. Further, the Canadian bacon was very fatty, and chewy in an unappetizing way. As far as the main course goes, the steak was overcooked beyond the requested temperature, and the mashed potatoes tasted bland as if the chef had never heard of salt. The ambience of the steakhouse is lackluster as well, and there wasn’t a single booth inside of the steakhouse, which is unusual. The server was nice, but there were so many things that I had to repeatedly ask for. And finally, they charged extra for refills on brewed iced tea. I go to top rated steak houses in every single big city that I have been to around the country and around the world, and this was the most disappointing experience I have had. Save your money and go somewhere else.
