A quiet, modern type cuisine. We went with a large party, and had excellent service. The restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived or when we left. The filet was amazing and would highly recommend.

Really loved this place. Food and service were excellent and it’s priced a little bit lower than other high end steak places in Vegas. Got the Waygu New York and it was exceptional.

First, the entire party walked in to smell what smelled like sewage. That went away after a bit. Was not impressed with the ambiance at all. We quickly realized there was a reason why it was one of the only places we could get reservations for 12 one day prior.

Service was ok, However food was really good. Saw table next to mine with glass of water but no ice. The manager did ask how was everything, and where were we from which was nice. Overall Emmitt’s has really good food. I could tell staff want to do a good job. From my observation. Think Emmitt’s will soon be the place to go when in Vegas. Plan to go again when in Vegas.

Restaurant was maybe at 50% seating capacity and our food took almost 3 hours. Steaks great cuts and cooked perfectly, were not seasoned at all. No dales, salt, pepper, butter. Nothing.

Amazing food! Lovely place! They did the most to help celebrate our bday boys! Only draw back was the service was so slow…took away from our time to be able to enjoy more of Vegas. Example: 20 minutes to get our drinks, 40 minutes to get regular drinks and then our mixed drinks and to get appetizers and order our food. After we finished eating it was 20 minutes to get our check. All in all, we were there for over 2 hours and a lot of it just sitting and waiting. Bar service was slow and our waitress was. Food service (ordered to table) was perfect. Over all we loved it and hope they get the kinks worked out before we come again. Go Cowboys!

Emmitt’s Vegas is a great addition to the Vegas dining scene. The food was absolutely delicious. Do not skip the Carpaccio. It was a 10+. Brittney, our server, was attentive, fun, effervescent, and took good care of us. The filet mignon and rib eye steaks were superb as were the Brussels Sprouts and fully loaded mashed potatoes. Emmitt’s will be a regular stop on our Vegas dining trips. The hostesses were exciting and very welcoming.

Restaurant was small, but amibance was nice. When we arrived our party of 4 was escorted to a small bistro table in the corner. There were literally only 3 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant and few people at the bar. Im not sure why the hostess chose that placment. We did ask if we could move to a larger table and we were moved without any issues. The food was good, but the tomahawk wasn't worth $176. They don't offer grilled onions, mushrooms or steak sauce and the drinks were watered down. When we asked for a to go bag we were given a plastic take-out bag you would get from a convenience store. We expected something a bit nicer. The service was good, but our waitress appeared overwhelmed and she was only servicing 2 tables. Not sure what would happen if they actually had a busy night. Overall I would visit other restaurants on the strip in the same or lower price range before returning.

Went to have a nice dinner we ordered the signature tomahawk steak and the king crab the steak was disappointing to say the least Ruth Chris Tomahawk is by far the better choice the king crab was also a disappointment they cut up the crab meat there are way better food choices in Vegas

This is my new favorite lunch spot!! We ordered the Steak & Frites special and Sushi boat with spicy tuna & California rolls which was all AMAZING! Loved the red and white wine selection!! Can't wait to go back and bring friends!!! We sat at the bar and Mike and Andrew extended exceptional service and attention to us. This is why we will definitely be back real soon!!

Surprised my husband who's been a loyal Dallas Cowboy fan since the 70's for brunch. We were both so excited and happy with the awesome hospitality, scenery, and great food. I’ve have been three different times and each time, my guests and I have felt like we are welcomed to be there and the team ensures that we feel like we are appreciated for being there and trusting them with creating such an amazing experience. This time: they went above and beyond to make my mom feel so special; she should not be alive today…much less able to walk and interact with people. They treated her like she was the Belle of the ball. A huge thank you to Donny, Ashley, and the rest of the team. I think the only thing that would have made her night more special would have been to meet Emmitt. :-) However, the team gifted her with Emmitt 22 gear. Thank you, Team. The food and drinks were so very delicious. I highly recommend; it’s not overpriced like most places on the strip in the casinos.

Ambience was great swanky bar vibes! A little small cozy spot early dinner or great lunch after shopping. Sushi presentation was great oysters were awesome! bread service was the best literally melted in your mouth. That salmon and crabcakes were great too.

Super new restaurant. Our waiter José was 1st class. Great atmosphere. For a lifetime Cowboys fan, I was in heaven…. All staff we interacted with were customer service focused. My Salmon was outstanding.

Had an amazing experience at Emmitt’s. Went for a special occasion and they made every moment special. We were intending to stop in just for the A5 striploin as I had heard it was quite good, but we ended up staying for several drinks, a salad and dessert as well. The A5 was crazy good, and cooking it on the hot stone made it a bit of an activity as well. They have a machine that lets them print images onto foam (beer foam or espresso foam), so when ordering an espresso martini, they offered to take our picture and put it on the drink. It was awesome! The picture came out well and the drink was good, too. It was a super novel experience that I’d recommend to anyone interested in beer or coffee. Their butter cake was absolutely divine. If you like a buttery and caramelly flavor, you have to get that. Our server Payton (Peyton?) was very personable and friendly; we appreciate you making our experience enjoyable throughout. We went during lunchtime, around 1pm and they were not busy so that made it a more quiet experience and let the staff give more attention to us.

We celebrated my son’s 14th birthday. It was overpriced and the steaks had no flavor to them. Very mediocre and not worth the price I paid for a dinner for 4.

Worst Vegas meal ever. Bland spinach salad with the full stem on each and every leaf and raw nuts that weren't seasoned or roasted. Raw spongey white crackers floating in the oversalted lobster bisque. Safeway jar sauce on the raw sea bass served by a waiter who didn't know what sustainable means. Convenience store sushi that you would see in the refrigerator case at your local 7-11. Same stemmy salad masquerading as cooked spinach under the miniscule piece of raw fish costing $55 dollars - spinach itself totally undercooked and chewy. Lobster tempura straight out of an Asian grocery store freezer box - smothered in the Safeway jar sauce. All arriving 30 minutes late due to an "incident" in the kitchen (!?) Waiter never brings the sparkling water or a spoon to eat the bisque with. Lights turned up to cafeteria bright - ruining date night ambience. Seated in the bar though there were few patrons. No we don't want dessert. Never again. Unless an executive chef is hired to turn this ship around, we give this endeavor two more months max.

Everything we had was great except the steak. Had the filet and ordered medium rare. It was very dry with no juice. When the manager asked how everything was I told him about the steak and he gave us a credit for the full price. That is why I rated a 4 instead of a 3.

Server tried to help, but was not knowledgeable. The food..where should I start.. The bread was was burned, salad needed tongs, we had a salad for 2 and no utensils. The main dish came out, the chicken was good, but asparagus was charred to the point of tasting burned. Complete disappointment, we are Dallas Cowboys fans and Texas natives and excited to go & experience this new restaurant while visiting Vegas. We would not go back again, unfortunately.

Wow! It’s so fun to have a new option on the strip! If you want an amazing menu and a hearty helping too this is worth the visit! Shrimp Creole is our favorite dish! The loaded mash is a rock star side! Chopped salad - yummy! Bolognese- tasty! Tomahawk - fun for the table to share. German- the best attentive server ever!! Don’t miss.

We had a great experience last night. Sebastian provided great customer service. We were seated near the restrooms but they graciously relocated us. The TVs are placed to high behind the bar and we had difficulty watching the NCAA tournament. The Gold Jacket/HOF Old Fashioned with the Charles Woodson bourbon was very delicious… definitely will recommend. The lemon drop martini was delicious too. The filet melted in my mouth. The Chilean sea bass was very flavorful. The loaded creamy mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts were delicious…highly recommend. The butter cake was a winner along with the expresso Irish coffee martini. We highly recommend and will definitely return again when we are in Vegas.
