Emeril Lagasse’s first French-inspired restaurant concept—Emeril’s Brasserie, will bring the signature Creole flavors he is famous for to classic French-inspired dishes. The restaurant will encompass brunch and dinner dining options and delicious cocktails. Diners can enjoy their meal in a luxurious brasserie-inspired dining room, at the bar, or outdoors on the terrace to take in the sights of the famed French Quarter. The restaurant is accessible from both the casino floor for guests at least 21 and Canal Street for all ages.

SPECIAL NOTE: Guests under the age of 21 are not allow to walk through the casino and must enter at the Canal Street entrance.

So here it is Great start, great cocktails and appetizers which all 5 of us had, I was entertaining guests, one a local who had never been here yet. Ambiance nice, it was quiet actually Slow in my opinion and when the entree’s came out one (chicken cordon blu) that two guests we’re sharing the server advised it would be 3 minutes so the rest of us started enjoying ours at their request so our dishes wouldn’t get cold So we did but the chicken was more like 15 minutes Yes 15 minutes 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was so embarrassed as this was my diamond dinner and my treat for my guests…ugh!! Then they both said although it was warm the chicken was over cooked, if we don’t tell you You can’t fix it but that shouldn’t of happened and they chose not to embarrass me… I hope my local friend gives you another chance? The rest of the food was delicious so I’d likely give it another chance but the rest of us live in southern CA Maybe the server/manager should have noticed they barely touched their plates and offered to take it off bill?? We held a graduation celebration for our daughter and her friends at Emeril’s Brasserie. We had a table of 9 and to our surprise had the restaurant mostly to ourselves. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly attentive and our server, Micah, was great. We had two seafood towers, a tarte flambé, and some baked Brie for appetizers. Every bite of the appetizers was amazing. We aren’t typically huge fans of the seafood tower at other restaurants but this was amazing. Great flavors across the board. Unfortunately, we filled up on appetizers, so several people shared entrees. A few folks had the salmon and I had the steak frites. Again, amazing food. We went light on desserts with just one apple tart and a bread pudding to share. The apple tart was amazing. The bread pudding was the only element of the night that was just ok. Overall a fantastic experience.

Our first visit, didn’t disappoint. We live in indiana and visit NO a couple times a year. Ate at several of Emeril’s restaurants in the past . The food was amazing, loved the restaurant and how it was laid out. Look forward to our next visit!

Wine bottle arrived open and 2 of the 4 dinners were inedible-chicken cordon blue. But wait staff removed from bill, thankfully. Dessert was delicious though.

The restaurant was mostly empty. The server was not knowledgeable about the menu (such does the ratatouille have eggplant) and seemed to forget the cocktail ordered from the bar. The lobster pot pie was excellent. So was the chicken liver mousse and ratatouille. The turkey sausage gumbo was over spiced. It had to be eaten last or the other dishes couldn’t be tasted. Overall, the setting was bright and quiet for a casino but not elegant (tv screens playing sports over the bar). Other restaurants by Emeril are or were nicer. Oh how I miss NOLA.

Not worth the cost. We have had much better meals and service at half the price. I ordered the pasta, the sauce was extremely over salted. My husband ordered the chicken cordon blue. It was visually obvious that it was over cooked and should have never left the kitchen. All of the ham and cheese filling was in one quarter of the chicken breast, and there was a 2" bone that hadn't been removed from the chicken. Our server was not attentive after the food was delivered. When he finally came to check on us and ask us how the meal was, we told him the meal was not good and he told us that we were not the first diners to find bones in the chicken and complain. He apologized, but no other remedy was offered. I will say that the bread service and drinks were good, but overall it was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this restaurant to others.

We may have just been unlucky. I brought my boyfriend for his birthday and it took an hour for our meal to arrive. People all around us had been seated after us, served, and left all while we still had not received our meal. When we finally got it they forgot the sauce that came with our steak. The manager did comp our steaks because of the delay. I don’t know if the order got lost or what but we were told that the kitchen was backed up but there were plenty of open tables around us. Overall the steak was just okay. Nothing too exciting especially since they forgot the sauce. I substituted for the ratatouille which was mostly breadcrumbs. I think at that point we were just rushing to eat too since we had other engagements to get to. I don’t know if because it’s a casino restaurant it was not up to the standard I expected but I was so excited to finally eat at an Emeril’s restaurant and I was very disappointed.
