Everything went very well even with the rain. I do feel like it took a long time to refill the food when it ran out. Also I found it weird to have no meat options for the omelet station. Everyone wanted some type of meat in their omelet, but that wasn’t an option. But overall everything was good. However, there was a lady allowed in with a small dog she carried in. While I could understand her being allowed if it was regular dining, but it was a buffet. I did not get anymore food after I saw her walk in. She was holding her dog in her arms, and then allowed to get food. That is disgusting and should not be allowed. Also there was no hand sanitizer at the buffet station. Just some things that should be adjusted. I did not want any food after that lady came in carrying her dog. Thank you.

We went for Mother’s Day brunch and it wasn’t terrible. The food was pretty good but they constantly ran out of food, plates, and silverware. The staff took a long time for them to bring new plates and silverware and idk if they even refilled some of the food they had because I never saw a lot of them filled for the 3/4 hours we were there. I won’t be going back.

The place is an entirely different place than the pictures on Google indicate. I wonder where that patio pictured on Google is! I took my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day but upon taking a look inside and the “patio,” she immediately turned back and walked back to the parking lot. It was a very embarrassing way for me to celebrate her Mother’s Day.

What a delight! We heard about Ember brunch from a bunch of friends. They said it's great, and you know what? They were right. The brunch buffet was fantastic. Everything from made to order omelets , bacon, sausage, rolls and pulled pork for a southern flair. Plus a great desert and fruit bar. The coffee is perfect. I only wished I had a bigger plate. . .but instead I went back for more. We also enjoyed the mimosa bar. Fun for a Sunday morning. Sitting outside in the open patio was so pleasant. The service was friendly and fast as well. We felt welcome and no sense of hurry-up. Very casual and laid back. This is one Sunday experience that we will do again. Cheers!

Terrible and I mean terrible customer service not only did I have to ask them for almost everything like bringing out our drinks,they forgot almost everything they said they were gonna bring to the table like water, cups and etc. super frustrating that they don’t explain anything on top of adding gratuity when they don’t even really acknowledge you.

Reservations were at 5PM. We arrived 10 minutes early. Waited until 5:15 and no one opened the doors. Not one person was inside. We had to leave and go somewhere else on a very busy night to get into restaurants. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I used to go to ember for brunch quite a bit. I haven’t been there in over a year. I decided to make a reservation as it was my birthday and I knew ember was always fun when it came to brunch. Words couldn’t even describe how AWFUL this experience was. First, we made a reservation and when we got there they told us “it’s first come first serve” so don’t waste your time on that. THEN, we ask the bartender (there was no one else in sight to help us move tables as we were a party of 7. When one person sat down and pulled the chair in we noticed that there was screws pointing inside which scratched her. Thankfully she didn’t put her back on the chair. We were like okay whatever let’s just keep going we already paid $48 for the brunch. It took about 30 minutes for the “server” to ask us if we’ve been helped (it was not that busy in there but looked to only have one server working and one bartender). We saw her maybe 2 times total? The food was all cold and gross. It looks like they’ve never cleaned their waffle maker. They had the same exact pasta as their “wine down Wednesday” appetizer. They also had no DJ. Ember is not what it used to be and there’s too many good places downtown to waste money on this sorry brunch. Never coming back.

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this place was something else. It wasn’t busy for a Saturday and the waitress told us to find a table and she’d come to us. We sat there for a while before realizing that we had to ask someone for help. The bartender came by to offer us drinks at one point and that’s when we asked for a food menu and a drink menu to which there weren’t any. So my friend ordered a single drink and she got two because the bartender didn’t know what to make her and it was just strange. We go inside and it was more like catering style than buffet style; no signs for anything, you had to open everything to see what there was, they didn’t have everything that was listed on the website, and they didn’t replenish anything. We couldn’t find silverware or napkins, so when we asked for some, we were given plastic forks only. We also had to ask a few times for water because no one came out to check on us. Food was ok, but definitely not worth what we paid, it was messy there with things everywhere and music that was a little too loud.

Experience came up short -advertisement made it seem worth the price- not the case. Employees hanging out in the back also eating the food from buffet. Bathrooms had no hand soap or paper towels. Staff bothered when asked to have some.

There are to many really good brunch places in Orlando to bother with this one. They do a buffet style that is kind of like a hotel breakfast. Do yourself a favor and pick a better location.

We made an online reservation for an early dinner because we had tickets to a show at the Kia Center. When we arrived, we spoke with someone at the door that we assumed was the host and they said to check with the bar regarding reservations. After about 10 min of waiting for someone to acknowledge us, the bartender said she needed to speak to the manager. He then needed to check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate us! Apparently they had some sort of pub crawl event that evening and were not planning on serving dinner. This was a huge waste of our time and we were almost late for our show after trying to scramble and get in to another restaurant in time. I will say the manager did agree to honor our reservation and set up a table for us, but at that point, not only were they playing extremely loud club music, we also didn't trust what would be coming out of that kitchen. If they had another event happening, we should have never been able to make an online reservation. This is a beautiful restaurant in a great location. Hopefully they either get new management, or someone else needs to buy it and do something better! Huge disappointment!

A lot of items that were posted on their website were not avail. Oatmeal, Greek yogurt,assorted fruit and nuts, coffee cake, sweet and savory pastries, assorted cereals, coffee, and diff juice options for the mimosas(there were only 2 offered) , and sangria are among the things we were not offered. You shouldn’t advertise what you don’t have.

I made a reservation three weeks ago for a birthday brunch, party of 12 only to arrive and be told they are closed for brunch on Saturdays. No one ever contacted me prior to my event, two days prior to my brunch I received a text confirming my attendance. I heard rumors that Ember was shutting down after poor business management, discrimination against certain groups and sneaky tactics like adding 18% gratuity to every check...I think it's time the doors close permanently.

The concept of an all you can eat brunch is appreciated as there aren’t many like it in Orlando however this brunch was not executed well. The food was fine for brunch food no complaints on the taste however when something ran out it was not quickly refilled, chaffing dishes were mostly broken as well. Staff was unorganized and there was no omelette station like advertised on there website. Waffle mix was not ready we arrived as well. Those who drink mimosas seemed very happy and energetic. All in all it was a nice try at something we looked forward to but I don’t think we will go back

Made a reservation for a party of 11 for my sisters bachelorette party about 2 months prior. we were in from out of town. They said they had no reservation for the name, I showed them the confirmation, they said they had closed for the day for a private party so there was nothing they could do. The ambiance was like a club which was not-at-all advertised as being such. That alone made me glad we didn’t dine there; losing our reservation which was adequately made in advance made me ensured we will never dine there when we return.

My wife and I had a 6:00pm dinner reservation on Saturday night before a show at the Dr. Phillips Center. We were there right before 6 and waiting at the check-in, although the place was empty and we could've sat ourselves anywhere. There were 3 people sitting at the bar, a bartender and some servers milling around in the back near the kitchen. Nobody acknowledged our presence. The bartender didn't even make eye contact. We stood there for a few minutes and decided to go elsewhere. We walked to the AC Skybar and had a wonderful experience! Great ambiance, great dinner, beautiful cocktails.

We made reservations and when we showed up they apologized and said they forgot to cancel out any reservations and that they were closed for a private party. We were told we could come back after the show and ask for the manager by name to grab a drink to make up for the inconvenience. They recommended another place that we had to wait a long time for a table. When we returned for the promised drink, we were told there was no one that worked there by that name. Will NEVER recommend!

We arrived to a locked restaurant after receiving a “confirmation text” just hours before. We knocked on the entrance. We were told they had no kitchen staff. We had a concert to attend and the city was packed. We stopped at three additional places on our way to the event, none had space available. Had to go hungry! Thanks Ember for ruining our date night.

This restaurant never canceled our 830 reservation. We Uber’s from almost an hour away arrived got dropped off and were surprised to find a locked restaurant door. The hostess didn’t even have the decency to come unlock the door and inform us as to why they were closed. She just signaled to us through the glass With both arms crossed in the shape of an X indicating to us that they were closed. As we spoke to another patron, that this also happened to, it appeared to be a very quiet night downtown Orlando so they chose to close but didn’t cancel any reservations they had. We were forced to walk several blocks in this chilly night and fortunately were able to obtain a reservation at a different restaurant.

Made a reservation for my birthday at 1. Was seated all the way in the back with just cement and a tree. We asked to move to any other table, in or out and they said “they were overbooked” so we had to sit where we were told. (Not sure how that was because 7-8 tables were left unattended the entire time we were there.) We sat for 20 minutes without any server. (Remember- you have a 2 hour limit when you sit.) Had to track down someone who finally gave us our mimosas and told us to go inside for the buffet food. Food was absolute crap- think breakfast at a Holiday in, but you have to pay $50 for it. Everything about this place was bad (although parking garage was across the street!) won’t ever be going back or recommending.

Food was awful. Burgers and flatbreads were way over cooked. I had a reservation for my wife’s birthday, but nothing was every done for her (even though I noted this in my reservation). Place was dirty and smelled like spilled beer and we were the first people there when it opened. They didn’t clean well from the night before. Seems like more of a college/party vibe than a nice brunch spot to go with friends. If you’re looking for a place with both good food and drink combo, I would not recommend this. Better spots in Orlando with better overall options

Our server was so sweet. However food was cold and they ran out of orange juice for bottomless mimosas so they weren’t really bottomless bc we had nothing too mix the champagne with most of the time. Just seemed as if it was so unorganized.
