Embargo is open and is the place to be on Cape Cod, featuring a chic and sophisticated atmosphere with amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. Our menu features dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, mouth watering tapas, and of course, fresh local seafood. Each meal becomes an event when shared with friends and family!

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, we do not guarantee reservations for outdoor patio seating. Tables are sat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a reservation and request outdoor seating, you may endure a brief waiting period. All reservations are held for 10 minutes and will be considered cancelled without a phone call. Please also note we only take reservations for dining tables only.

We had a great experience. We were lucky that we were able to sit outside (quieter) and get there before 6 to get some half priced apps, oysters and wine. Service was great. Loved the calamari, lamb chops and tuna (full price) best. Other apps looked good too. Friday nights they have a steak special and it looked great as it passed by. I will be back.

We actually sat at the bar. See ice couldn’t have been better food was delicious and our drinks were too !

Our favorite restaurant in Hyannis and we know most of the servers. Huge menu of great food so always hard to choose what to eat.

Service with John, excellent! Tapas choices, excellent! Tacos. Excellent! Noise level distracting as the patrons cause a loud din and the singer and band cause higher noise level. Difficult to talk durian dinner to our table mates. The ambiance remains fine and no need for loud additional music.

Menu options, drinks, food and service were excellent. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Conversation was more difficult when live music started but we enjoyed the music so it was all good!

Food and service were ok, definately not great and wouldn’t return. Open Tabke’s rating were way higher than our experience. Basically a bar with bar food, not a restaurant. Not a lot of pride in the food quality or presentation. Basic at best.
