The highs were the mocktails, candied walnuts and the desserts. Fantastic. The cabbage was soggy and the broccoli and labne was unimpressive. The wait staff were personable but would wiz by looking down so catching their eye was nearly impossible. I have never experienced such a divergent standard of food anywhere else. Obviously there is skill there, it just needs to be more uniform.

amazing service, so kind and friendly. the lamb roti was *off the chain* good and it was the first time someone has brought plates to the table and said “shazam” as he placed them, which is how i will be serving my dinners to people from now on 😁

If I could give them a 6 for service I would. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and our server was also really knowledgable along with everyone else being super friendly. Really really great food too. Great view during the day from the bar area of the blue mountains

John and his team are doing something great. Do yourself a favor and book a meal here. The food is amazing and the drink is even better! The whole crew made us feel right at home

Fantastic location with amazing views through the beautiful Blue Mountains Valleys and Escarpments. Warm friendly staff with very delicious cocktails and nibbles. Recommend Highly!!

The cocktails and food are amazing,, service was perfect too, however we had a banquet deal for $55ea x14 people, the starters and sides were adequate portions, but the entree mains were way to small, we all got 1 mouthful of the pork, and 3 mouthfuls of the beef.

We enjoyed the Pork belly but the Mussels were disappointing as a meal. no beef option at the time we were there , limited menu.

We love everything about this gorgeous gem. The food and drinks are art. The attention to detail in food and drink prep is divine. The vibe is casual yet elegant so every time we visit it is a special yet comfortable experience. John is passionate, friendly, has an eye for detail, and is very approachable. Without a doubt our absolute favorite dining experience in the mountains

Outstanding! Amazing food, service, ambiance.. and the view! 100/10 My mom is visiting from Canada and servers Jonathan and Nathan made our experience. Very friendly, recommended great dishes, local wines great guys. Thanks team Elysian! We will definitely be back!

Elysian would definitely have to be my favourite restaurant in the Blue Mountains. I can't count how many times I've been there now. The food is always delicious and on point and I love the share plates so I can taste more than just one option (one is never enough). I don't know how they get so much flavour that I actually enjoy eating vegetables! The cocktails are expertly crafted & dangerously tasty, the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing, and the staff incredibly welcoming & friendly. I always leave completely content with the experience.

This is the eating place Katoomba has been waiting for. Amazing views, original menu and interesting rage of drinks. My only complaint is that it is not open for lunch everyday!!!

Lovely space, great cocktails! Food was fun and yummy - We LOVED it all. The kingfish was beautiful and there were many vego options that were all delicious. The Maddy Moore cocktails were absolutely delicious!!! Space is fantastic with incredible views! Staff were friendly and attentive. We will be back and highly recommend a visit to the place!

John was so welcoming and guided us through the food menu and choices of drinks. The decor is contemporary and very welcoming. The views over the blue mountain are spectacular. There were plenty of quality cocktails to choose from and lots of beer selection too including an award winning beer on tap. The food was some of the best food we’ve had. I would highly recommend Elysian to friends and family! We hopefully will be back in the future. A must visit!!
