Horrible service. Felt like we were bothering the waitress by eating there. Sat at a broken table even though there were plenty of other tables available.

This was the first time I came to Elsie's....great place. Excellent drink menu. Last night they even had a Salsa lesson-a lot of fun. Will def. be back!

This place was atrocious. No other way to put it. It seems like a nice place to go to have a rooftop brunch, but the waiters made me lose brain cells. So horrible and didn’t know what they were doing. The food was way over cooked. My egg in the croque madam was basically hard boiled and the bread was soggy. They told us the orange juice was fresh squeezed when it was obviously not. So disappointing. We waited 2 hours to actually get our food and we had to ask to get silverware and napkins. So unprofessional and the staff was clueless. We met another woman on the elevator down who said the same thing. Would never recommend to anyone.

Waitress did not know the menu Took two guests orders then assumed we were done ordering. Had to find her and tell her the remaining guests needed to order Can’t split bills Tell you after making an order they need your card to hold on to. This was explained in an unprofessional manner. Very blunt

Our server was wonderful! We did the high tea experience and the bread was pretty stale on each of the finger sandwiches. For one spiked teapot and what works out to be one cucumber sandwich per person it’s definitely worth the $27 pp, But only with a discount voucher. The vibe is nice but the feeling is they rely on that to drive business, not food or drinks.

Great food and live DJ! Ambiance is also great! We went on a Sat evening. Service was on the slow side.

Came for my birthday and it was a pleasant experience and ambiance. There was a salsa night and it was fun watching people have a good time. The food menu was okay, wish they could add some more things as there isn't much of a theme to it. The cocktails were all enjoyable by my group and the server was quite kind.

Didn't not have stools for the hightop tables, bartenders are rude and over worked, had one drink and left.
