Located at the luxurious HALL Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District, the award-winning Ellie’s Restaurant & Lounge is inspired by dining traditions that harmoniously balance an art-filled, modern aesthetic with great food and genuine hospitality at every table.

A business chic dress code is recommended for evening service to ensure an upscale experience for all guests. We respectfully ask that gentlemen wear shirts with sleeves and long pants.

Join us for Happy Hour from 4-6pm every Monday through Friday for 50% off featured wines, beer, and highball cocktails, and enjoy featured shareables.

Experience Wine Down Wednesday from 5-8pm weekly for 50% off select bottles of wine.

Enjoy live Music every Thursday from 6-8pm, Friday from 6-10pm, and Saturday from 6-11pm for an elegant, artful dining experience. Jazz Brunch is every Sunday from 11am-2pm

My daughter took me for am early Mother's Day brunch and this place along with the service & food exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be back. The live music was amazing. Great vibe!

Our waiter Glen was excellent, short man behind the bar and other waiters and waitresses would not even talk to us or wait on us. Very obvious they are only responsible for certain tables and people, they need to learn in a lounge or restaurant every person should be helping every table not just theirs.

An adorable meet-up for a quick lunch. Food and service are great, and I love the decor and art. They also have a ballroom downstairs and if the weather had been nice, we would’ve sat outside to enjoy the scenery. I ended up getting the caprese sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was delicious!

Food = excellent; atmosphere/noise level = excellent; service = poor.... My God, it took 30 minutes to get the glass of wine brought to the table (!) then another 20 minutes for her to return to take our order (!) Fortunately, this was a lunch with no time constraint, but this service was RIDICULOUSLY BAD......

Very nice. I love that valet is comped by the restaurant. We got the blueberry cake , lemon ricotta pancakes, smash burger , coffle , egg white omelet. Everything was a 10/10!!! Did not disappoint. Pancake and croissant waffle OMG the bourbon syrup!!!! Wow! Amazing waitress. Quick service. Loved the live pianist and violinist. Will return!

We found Ellie’s online because we wanted to experience fine dining in the Arts District while visiting online. The restaurant and staff exceeded our expectations to such an extent that we are going back today before leaving town. Special thanks to our server, Andrea, for taking such good care of us.

We had been here before and loved it But Friday nite was very disappointing Very slow drink service , food underwhelming. Tuna Crudo we sent back Was not cold and tough ! The beet salad was overdressed and the Red Snapped way over cooked! Expensive for below average experience

Great patio, ambiance. Good service. Mediocre, at best, food. Definitely not worth the price. Depth of flavor lacking in all dishes. Green goddess dip was bland. Zucchini fritter’s were nothing special. Shrimp fettuccine was like something you’d find at Cheesecake Factory, or any other chain restaurant. Expected more for the price.

My 11yo grandson and I had dinner at Ellie’s prior to a concert at Winspear. My grandson had Ellie’s meatballs for an appetizer and pork paillard and a side of Mac & Cheese. I ordered the flatbread of the day and roast salmon. The food was fantastic! Ambria was our server and she was wonderful! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ellie’s.
