Elizabeth's Gone Raw est une addiction hebdomadaire où chaque vendredi soir vous bénéficierez d’une expérience unique de souper. L’établissement propose son magnifique cadre pour un menu de dégustation proposant des mets végétaliens crus à un prix forfaitaire. Chaque plat est créé de sorte à refléter l’eseence de la cuisine vivante, cuisiné avec imagination et méticulosité, avec une sélection saisonnière de produits biologiques. Chaque plat referme une variété de saveurs, de couleurs et de textures combinant des ingrédients crus de telle sorte que le plat soit non seulement sain mais aussi innovateur. Les fromages sont préparés en mixant de fraîches herbes, des noix et des graines.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner! It’s a darling restaurant with an incredible menu. The dining chairs could be updated to give the ambiance a lift. Highly recommend Elizabeth’s!

The courses are so creative & delicious. So much care & skill goes into every bite! The server was well-versed in describing what we were eating & even some preparation hints. We were pleasantly sated at the end of our 7 courses & look forward to a return visit.

My new Favorite Restaurant in DC offering healthy, delicious, and unique 6 course Vegan Tasting Menus that change seasonally. They can accommodate other dietary needs with advanced notice, the presentation was awe inspiring, and the food was the right amount. Pricey, but worth it Loved it!

Elizabeths is one of the most beautiful restaurants in DC. Add that to the unique dining experience, top service and amazing food, for me it’s the #1 restaurant in DC.
