L'Élevage propose un menu artisanal faisant vivre à la fois le passé et le présent. Aménagé au sein de l'Epicurean Hotel, établissement à visée gastronomique, et mettant à l'honneur les traditions du Bern's Steak House, le restaurant oeuvre avec passion et fierté. Utilisant des ingrédients premium de première fraîcheur et les préparant avec modernité, le chef Chad Johnson, semi-finaliste à deux reprises du James Beard Award et le chef de cuisine Jonathan Atanacio confèrent à leurs passions culinaires un charme nostalgique aux accents d'enfance, agrémenté d'une touche signature. Service was really slow, food was ok at best and an item needed to be sent back to be cooked. The salad with dressing was dry and frankly not great. Would not recommend this if you’re looking for a fine dining experience.

Artwork is fantastic. Server (Shawn) was excellent, Cocktails were good, French toast was ok. Steak and eggs were ok. Avacado toast was phenomenal (tomato jam was great).

We had a great experience. Steaks were delicious and the sides were amazing. The sweet potato brava and the SPROUTS! Definitely recommend.

Truly enjoyed our server and his attentiveness and support with food allergies and making sure we were taken care of. The food itself was decent but I would say a bit pricey for the quality. The steak was a bit dry, the salads no flavor. My husband enjoyed his old fashioned. Overall think it’s worth another try but not as good as we would have hoped.

We really enjoyed our first visit there! Service from Sean was wonderful and our food was AMAZING! We will definitely return! 10/10 recommend the Short Rib dish!!!

The braised short rib was excellent! Best dish I have eaten in a while. Scott our server made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Great service and great food will go again soon.

We went for brunch. I had the huevos rancheros while my husband had the French toast. Both dishes were simple but tasty. What impressed me with Èlevage was Beckett, our table server. He was very attentive and pleasant. He made the morning special for us with complimentary champagne as we were there celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. We probably won’t be back to have breakfast there again but we’ll come back for dinner and to hang at the roof top bar

First time dining at Elevage and it will not be our last. Food was incredibly delicious. The octopus appetizer was super tender. My husband and I loved our entrees and drinks. Service was phenomenal.

For a first timer, I will most definitely be back again! Everything was top tier! Food, customer service and the ambience. From the time I checked in to me paying for my check, an amazing experience. Most definitely will be back!

Great food, great wait staff and the atmosphere was boutique like and relaxing. We ordered the homage to Bern’s, baby wedge, salmon and short ribs—all were perfect!

Went for brunch. Food was great. This was the second time I e been here for brunch. The service was prompt and friendly. Close to the bay so you could go on a nice relaxing walk afterward. Valet parking was easy. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wines were great. Diver scallops with mushroom risotto were amazing. We also had the filet and salad wedge and brownie with peanut butter ice cream dessert…all excellent. Frank, our server, was top notch. Clearly this place is doing something right.

Our server Becket was wonderful. He was very helpful in providing great suggestions for everyone, our meals were delicious. They offer a good selection for vegetarians too .

We have been here several times & it’s always good, but tonight was outstanding. We started with the grilled octopus, then I ordered tge duck confit 5 spice over purple sweet potato & bokchoy- it was amazing. My husband had the filet which was also amazing. What a wonderful meal!

The texture of the octopus was perfection, the steak and scallops were amazing. The potatoes with the steak were bland and dry. Deserts were great loved the flourless brownie, the cobbler was great would have been awesome had the peaches not been so hard. The service was very kind and attentive there small details like fork placed backwards and lipstick on a delivered glass. Over all I’d say they’re very close to a star, just some fine tuning and they’ll definitely have it. Really nice experience overall.

The Homage to Bern's was excellent and the sweet potatoes bravas were delicious. Entrée portions were ample enough to share. Quickly seated and great service. I am likely going to return.

This is my second time dining at Elevage, and I enjoyed both of my experiences. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. Our waiters were gracious and accommodating. The restaurant is in the perfect location to get to and from different places in Tampa, and I am looking forward to going back.

The service was excellent at Élevage. The food was incredible. Every appetizer, main course or side dish was amazing. The flavor of each dish was super enjoyable. I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Tampa!

Our waiter was fantastic! The diplomat old fashioned was a surprising twist. The octopus was ok, the filet was average, Brussels yummy- over all a good place to go once with a date or with the girls. The hotel is eclectic and fun.

Fantastic night out. Staff extremely nice and welcoming. Sean is the best! He always checked on us and made sure we were having a great experience. Honestly, this is our number 1 place in Tampa! Food excellent, Passion Margaritas off the charts, and fall cobbler was insanely delicious. Celebrating a family birthday and we couldn’t have been in a better restaurant. TY to everyone at Elevage! Ps. Best Brussel Sprouts Ever!
