L'Élevage propose un menu artisanal faisant vivre à la fois le passé et le présent. Aménagé au sein de l'Epicurean Hotel, établissement à visée gastronomique, et mettant à l'honneur les traditions du Bern's Steak House, le restaurant oeuvre avec passion et fierté. Utilisant des ingrédients premium de première fraîcheur et les préparant avec modernité, le chef Chad Johnson, semi-finaliste à deux reprises du James Beard Award et le chef de cuisine Jonathan Atanacio confèrent à leurs passions culinaires un charme nostalgique aux accents d'enfance, agrémenté d'une touche signature. Le concept de "fusion entre nostalgie et nouveauté" se reflète dans chaque élément tel le décor fait de bois récupérés et de touches industrielles. L'Élevage Bar and EDGE Social Drinkery sert des boissons artisanales. La carte des vins aux accents cosmopolites est sélectionnée par la famille Bern.     Loved everything about this place. Food was fantastic. Had the smoked wings, the scallops and short ribs. Service was also a 10 out of 10.

    Hands down the best chicken wings and short rib entree we have ever encountered! Troy provided outstanding service by being very attentive. We are local to thea rea and we will be back!

    Filet was excellent tender and perfectly cooked. Service was good. Also had Wagu skirt steak which had good flavor but was tougher than I would expect for a Wagu. Oysters BBQ was good but were more rare than I would expect for cooked oysters, the sauce was ok but I expected something more done up for chargrilled oysters

    Food was good, but limited menu. The fennel salad was a bit bland and soggy. Service was VERY slow. Can’t believe they don’t serve bread and the only chicken on the menu is a wing appetizer. Nice atmosphere.

    The server was incredibly rude, she would only pretty much be a server for my friend but ignored me all along, I’ve never been so mistreated in my life! She did not ask if we wanted separate checks, either she assumed that we were lesbians or that I didn’t have the money to pay for my food. She directly gave the check to my friend. Please train your servers to serve everyone with the same quality, appearances deceive and we all deserve the same quality of service especially in a high end place like this. Not elevage at all!

    Amazing restaurant with beautiful art inside a gorgeous hotel. Surrounded by a fantastic and revitalized neighborhood. Lots of photo ops.

    The menu had some really interesting and unique dishes. And they did not disappoint in both flavor and presentation! Service was top notch - very friendly and accommodating. Also found it a pleasant surprise that other servers didn’t hesitate to assist in answering questions from tables they weren’t assigned to! Highly recommend!!

    2 of us were at dinner for my wife's birthday ... food was top shelf, loved everything. Entrees (Scallops and Sea Bass) were both outstanding and sized correctly. Caesar Salad was large so we chose to split it ... that was a good idea. Shrimp cocktail had two sauces, both excellent, we shared that too. Particularly liked the side of roasted mushrooms. Best part of the whole meal was how well the chef and waiter timed the delivery of drinks, then appetizer, then salad, then entrees, then dessert. We were not rushed. Timing was amazing (Michelin Star quality timing). Waiter (Scott) only cleared the table when both of us were finished with each course. Nothing bothers me more than when waiters clear one of us before the other is finished. Scott was the perfect waiter.
