Ela Mezze + Spirits is a culinary journey through the diverse tapestry of the Mediterranean, with a welcoming twist that beckons you to explore further. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of VaHi, Ela takes patrons on a Grand Tour of flavors including charcoal-grilled meats, fresh seafood, spices, regional wines and curated cocktails influenced by travels from Morocco to Greece, Israel, Turkey and back. A testament to the region’s history of trade and cultural exchange, Ela’s offerings result in a sensory mosaic as vast and intricate as the sea itself and the lands surrounding it.     I would have rated a 5, except when we were seated, there was loud percussion based music playing and it was so unpleasant. People having to practically yell to have conversation. I immediately complained to our server, who explained that she would relay the message but that the management usually refused to reduce the volume. Just as I decided I would never dine there again, the volume was magically reduced. Next time I will check the volume before I take a table.

    We LOVE this place. The staff is always so attentive, with smiles and good vibes. We've been 1 half-dozen times since the opening, and now ELA is on the dining rotation.

    Whole experience was amazing. The mezza platter and falafel Cauliflower were our favorite apps. The pompano fish was 🤤 We were planning our return back the whole way home.

    Very cool vibe, love the music and ambiance. The hot chicken appetizer was delicious. The rest of the food we ordered was pretty good, a little salty and the pickled veggies were extremely tart but overall paired well with the fried cod. Overall, I think it’s a good addition to the neighborhood eateries.

    I enjoyed my experience except for the influencer that was allowed to record photos and videos directly next to my table with a very bright light and tripod. I wish we would have known that was happening and given the chance to move tables. It was very distracting and lasted atleast 30 minutes. We ended dinner early due to the distraction. I understand the location is new but it would have been great to be able to move around.

    Food was incredible! The hummus trio was outstandingly flavorful and the mains & desserts are unbelievably great! Stacia is an awesome server!

    Pretty positive experience overall. Small plates and kebabs were yumm and the cocktails ordered were refreshing. Unfortunately the service was just okay. Didn’t have any water until after our cocktails arrived. The server wasn’t rude or anything, but just felt the level of service didn’t match the restaurant/ambience. Will still go back.

    It was a great place but the food hile itnwas good, didn't live up to the hype. Our server Juda was amazing.
