It was such a pleasure to have Louis as the waiter. He was great! Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ the food was hot and very delicious. Thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner.

It was Mother’s Day so I was being patient as far as time. However the food was thrown together and tasted terrible, which isn’t typical for them. The children’s cups had no lids because “they ran out” causing spills at multiple tables around us including our own. I’m assuming they had an event out back as well because during our hour and a half wait for food they were hauling tables and chairs past us. In the process pushing me and my son’s seats into the table. No “excuse me” nor apologies were given. The server expressed that it was her first day and I honestly felt bad for her because she was trying her best to give good service but her fellow employees were making it very difficult. We were hit my tables and chairs so much that my father had to step outside to keep himself from going off. I would recommend anyone going there honestly.

Reservations at 3:00 pm, didn't get seated until 4:30 pm. They extended the all you can eat, and made everyone else wait. We were seated on the all you can eat area, they were sweeping and cleaning all around us as we were seated trying to enjoy our food. Waiter did the best he could but we didn't get to enjoy and relax. We should be offer, for free, to go back and enjoy lunch on the house. It seem as if they just wanted you to leave as soon as you were seated. We enjoy the food, but whoever made the decision to extend the all you can eat menu made a poor decision. We too deserve the same treatment as the all you can customers.

Did not honor reservation. Food was cold and most of the buffet empty. Usually go to the Brea location but decided to give Ontario a chance and it was horrible. Except for our poor server - she tried her hardest so we left a good tip regardless. But will not be back

Took forever to get our drinks out. We were given chips but no salsa until she brought our drinks. When we finally ordered and received 1/2 our food, it was brought out without tortillas. Mistake was made on the party platter order so we had to wait for it to be corrected. I had to ask more than once for the tortillas and they were brought out after a long time (food was getting cold so we started eating while we waited) on top of that, server left them on the outside corner out of reach. I had to stand up to get them. Where she placed them. I asked for a refill on soft drink and I had to ask multiple times for that to happen right before I got up to leave. Service was just ridiculously slow and inattentive.

The waitress would go missing. We waited 15+ minutes for coffee and we asked her for cream and napkins and she must of forgot. I got up and got creamer and napkins from a table set up near the hostess. Refills on champagne took forever, we had to ask more than once. The waitress brought out cold churro pancakes that no one ate. And when we got the check it included a surcharge. They never told us before, there’s no signs. Very disappointing.

Service was awful! Waitress repeatedly ignored our table for tables next to us who were ordering alcohol and therefore had a larger tab. Drinks remained empty and dirty dishes pulled on table. Food was so so at best. Noise level was too loud to hold conversation

The chicken fajitas were delicious. Best I’ve had at this location. My husband enjoyed the sizzling chicken enchiladas as well.

We went for Sunday Brunch, food was excellent. My only complaint is it was so busy that it was noisy that we could barely hear each other talk.

food was good as usual. I had to Baja combo. My wife had two sour cream, chicken enchiladas. It was unusually busy, but the servers was excellent. Our server name is Milvia . she was very busy waiting on many tables, but was able to do a great job taking care of all of our needs.Thank you Milvia.

We had a great experience at this location! There was a wide variety of delicious food and desserts at the Brunch Buffet and the staff was friendly. Definitely will return for future group brunches and dinners

1st time going there for Brunch and the food was amazing and good! Fresh and unlimited mimosas was great. Everything was good. Lots of choices would definitely go there again.

I reserved a table online and ask for a booth and they end up setting us on the old table on a open area and lots of boost was available and the host was grumpy not even a smile. Our waiter didn't even refilled or drinks or checked up on us. I will never go there again. The one at San Bernardino hospitality El torito was 100% better good service and everything

The food and the service is always excellent. We had no issues with our reservation even when we had to add to additional people. If you are looking for a local brunch, I would highly recommend El Torito’s in Ontario.

We had a big party (13) and we were sat promptly and had a wonderful lunch and everything was great. Awesome server and food and value! Manager even snapped a family photo for us too!!

Came here for brunch with my 9 year old daughter after church and as usual it was delicious and the Service is wonderful! The brunch price seems to be getting higher and higher for the adults (currently 36.00 for an adult (12+) was 32.00 previously and then 20 something before then). Still pretty affordable so I can’t complain too much. Total with tip came out to 65 dollars for the two of us! Unlimited mimosas also 🎉Great selection of food and treats for you little ones!

Please inform patrons of additional charge for drink refills.. mind you, this was for a child's apple juice. We received a small cup, filled with ice, and cup was 1/3 full of juice. Wasn't informed of refill charge until we saw it on the bill. No where on the menu does it indicate additional charges for such.

Went here before a concert in Ontario. With it being Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was not as busy as I anticipated. We were sat quickly as we had reservations. Our drink order was taken and we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer came and then the drinks some time later. We all had the black diamond margarita. For the description and the price, it seemed like a good deal. But it had very little alcohol and the “extra pour” in the shaker was mostly melted ice and only filled the glass maybe 1/3. The food came out later and was ok. I can’t say it’s was great or even good. The flavors were bland and it was haphazardly put together. Much like the appetizer. Previous to this time, it’s been several years since I’ve been to an El Torito. It’ll probably be several years before I decide to go again. On a positive note, the wait staff was friendly and had a great attitude.

Was excited to go to an el Torito. It’s been years. There were 8 of us there. 4 adults and 4 children. It takes a lot for me to complain… It was the worst service experience. 1. They never marked me as checking into my open table reservation. We were there! 2. Took a while to get our first drinks. 3. We ordered tableside guacamole but had no chips and salsa to eat them with. We had to ask a couple times. 4. We asked if we can order after 45 minutes being there. He said he would be right back but didn’t come back for another 20 minutes. 5. No one had silverware. 6. Took forever to get other drinks. 7. After the food came, we asked for several things that didn’t show up. It was a mess. We were there for 3 hours. We purposely made a reservation at 6:45 hoping to be out of there by 8:15 so the kids could sleep early to get good sleep before a competition. We didn’t leave until 9:30!

We went for a birthday celebration which coincidently landed on their Sunday brunch. Food is amazing service is amazing atmosphere is just fun. Special thanks to everyone at El Torito especially our server Kika. She is always attentive and makes sure we are taken care of.

We got sat 30 minutes after our reservation time. We asked for a table rather than a booth to accommodate my small children and high chairs but we were sat at a booth and were told it would be another 30 minutes if we wanted a table. The food and the service was fantastic. Reservations and notes mean nothing to that hostess.

If I need to wait 30-45 minutes each time with the reservations then reservation system is meaningless. This is the third time at the same location and I am disappointed. If the food was not that good I would not recommend or come back.
