I will start the review by acknowledging Holiday’s in general tend to be busy… I get it. Here’s where I have some concerns from an operational aspect. Making reservation in advanced should mean that customers should be seated in a timely fashion, right? This location sat us over 1 hour and 20 minutes past our reservation time. By the time we sat, the food that was available to serve ended up being scraps from the other diners. Majority of the food was cold or did not even look fresh (it had been sitting for that hour) and the chocolate fountain looked like a drought had overcome it. I’ll give grace for a busy holiday, but when everything suffers that grace isn’t given very far. Service left plates on our table and didn’t refill our drinks for the entirety of our dining stay until I asked for the check.

Best brunch in town! Lots of variety, price is more than fair for what you get and everything was full and fresh.

Serber was pressuring us to finish eating up and some of the food was kind of cold. They didn’t refill my drinks. I had to tell him and the tables were even one of them was higher than the other one. And the Mountain Dew was just plain water.the rice was cold and the tacos my son got were cold They should see if the food they bring out to serve is hard enough for the people to eat

With a 20 minute wait and only having an hour for Brunch it was not that bad. I would have booked an earlier time instead of 2 had I known we would only have an hour to enjoy our food and drinks. More drinks would have happened.

Food was great and service was excellent. We made reservations so we were sat right away. Everything was clean and the food was fresh. I would definitely come back to this location.

We eat here often for regular meals and for Sunday brunch it’s really good. In the services excellent above and beyond!

We love El Torito. The food and service are always great. They always accomodate customers too. We had the Caesar Salad and cheese enchiladas and enjoyed everything.
