    Todo está bien solo un poco más de amabilidad de el.personal ,las bebidas se tardaron muchísimo tiempo y les.falto diversidad en los postres de la.crta solo habia dos tipos de postres

    Pero un pescado al mojo de ajo. Lo trajeron frito y un poco de ajo aparte. Obvio les dije que así no era. Nadie supo que hacer. El Gerente dijo “así lo hacemos aquí”. Para estar donde está es pésimo que el chef no sepa preparar el pescado.

    The place came highly recommended, but we were largely disappointed. When we sat down, a girl with a drink cart came and asked us if we wanted a drink. We did not realize that she made all of the drinks, and we wanted to order drinks the traditional way. Give our order to our waiter and have the drinks made by the professional bartender. So, we said no. Then it took long time for a waiter to come. We placed our drink order. Then after a long time, the girl with the cart finally came and made our drinks. Wine pour was pretty small for the price. Food took a pretty long time to arrive after we ordered, and one meal came long before the other three. My wife had shrimp fajitas and, to her surprise, the shrimp came with the tails still on. My whole fish was quite good. Music was much too loud, so loud that we could barely hear the waiters. Nice atmosphere with good view.

    The servers were all very friendly however they really pressurise you when it comes to money. The food we ordered was far too salty. We’re not picky eaters or very sensitive when it comes to food service but it was hard to stomach the salt in the Paella after a few bites. As regards the price, we were overcharged for Margaritas which were advertised as $160 (already overpriced) and charged at $175. We were also pressured into leaving a 20% which we did not want so settled on 15%. This was still far too large a tip considering the meal and pressurised service. Cancun is full of hustlers so it’s to be expected however a restaurant should have more tact than to have its servers shaking down customers for a bigger tip.

    Good food eventhought this is the 2nd time we had boiling shrimp denied , they try to sell a bigger expensive option, also we couldnt try the grill fish tikinxic due the kitchen was under staff & grill was closed with a full restaurant.

    I loved this place. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had the “catch of the day” and it was a fried fish I’m not sure what kind but it was so good. They open up coconuts and serve it with a straw if you like. It’s right on the water and if you go when the sun is going down it’s beautiful they have rock lights on the tables and the place just glows. We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and they go above and beyond for accommodate for a birthday. They have like a whole skit it’s so funny and cool. They brought him a complementary desert with a sparkler candle and it was magical. When we return to Cancun this place will be top of our list to visit again. Thank you to the staff for an amazing experience.

    Fue una gran comida solo como el servicio de Alejandro y Augusto muy bueno, nuestro mesero fue bueno y eficaz pero no me gusta la manera tan poco delicada de venderte las opciones más elevadas de precio o de quererte vender mas bebidas, también no me parece bien ir al llevarte la cuenta la pregunta sea…¿ esta bien con el 15? Refiriéndose a la propina, siempre damos el 15 si el servicio es bueno, pero no se ve bien que el mesero sea así de insistente con las cosas del dinero. Me encantaron las chocolatas y el pescado de la barra de pescado y siempre el sabor de riquísimo!
