Took way way too long to get our food it wasnt very crowded and supposedly kitchen was backed up. Waitress was very sweet and apologetic

Really great environment. We have been here several times & always had great food and service. This time the service was poor and the food was just okay. There are no shortage of great restaurants in Vegas, so probably skip Segundo next time.

I reserved for a party at 12 a month in advance when I got to the place it took them over 20 minutes to sit us, Once we got there, the servers took our order and took over half an hour for food to get out, was cold, and they forgot One for one of my guest, the servers did not come around often to do refills or ask how we’re doing, they didn’t even offer a discount or anything for their lack of attention to the party, I will definitely not come here again, good luck to whoever does

Took my wife for Mother's Day brunch. Amazing food and service and would recommend trying El Segundo Sol.

We were there to celebrate Mothers Day, a college graduation, and a birthday. The food and drinks were wonderful. The service was friendly and knowledgeable but a little slow. We understood because it was Mother's Day. My daughter went to the bathroom, which was close to our table, to get a shot instead she was asked to return to her table so that the waiter could bring it to her. It took over ten minutes to get that shot. Also, the venue is beautiful but we were seated towards the back directly under speakers. The music was so loud that we had to almost shout to her each other at our table. We overall enjoy our time there and the food was excellent. We will probably go back when we can but will request to either sit outside or towards the front were it's hopefully quieter.

We went for Mother's Day brunch, which was advertised on their website and open table. When we showed up, they did not have a Mother's Day brunch menu, just the regular menu. The waiter did not know what we were talking about even when we showed them the menu on the website. It's just not what we were looking for. We ordered off the regular menu, which was ok, not worth it, to be honest.

To be fair we had a reservation on Cinco De Mayo and they seemed to be busy and we didn't stay mainly because the service was so slow. We had a reservation yet we had to wait for a table, many empty tables in front and back of restaurant. I understand that it's a busy day for a Mexican restaurant, but they need to staff up and make sure the staff is pleasant instead of overwhelmed. I go out on these types of holidays and just want to have a good time. We were finally seated right next to one of the bar backs. Not an optimum seat for enjoying Cinco De Mayo. We waited and waited to order and then finally left. Happily we found another Mexican restaurant within walking distance, we had a great time at the other establishment.
