From 7 PM to 9 PM, the evening features a five-course dinner with paired drinks from Espolòn Tequila. Start your night with a Bloody Maria Shigoku Oyster before diving into dishes like Blue Prawn (a rare shrimp native to Latin America), Duck Carnitas Tacos, Wagyu Carne Asada, and Arroz con Leche for dessert. The full menu is available on our website. With each featured tequila, our team will guide you through its origin and the unique expressions of each pairing. Tickets to our Summer Tequila Dinner are available for $95, plus tax & 4% event fee (gratuity not included). Reserve today a taste of Tulum in the heart of Vegas!
