Came here because the reviews were incredible, but unfortunately my fiance and I had a terrible experience, and unfortunately it was on her birthday. - Took over 20 minutes to get greeted, and ask for drinks. At the time the server came over, he assumed we asked for drinks already, but never even asked. I had to remind him. - Order came out, I asked for enchilada style, red sauce, no beans… it came out with green sauce, and beans. Had to send it back, and wait 20 minutes for the new order. - Tried to get manager, but all the managers were talking to their employees. One was even just taking a phone call in the dining room. - Ready to pay, watched my server talk to the table behind me for 15 minutes, before coming over and cashing us out. Even worse, he even started talking gossip about one of the other employees that “apparently” bosses people around. The reason I’m writing this is because 1) it was supposed to be a special day for my fiance, and 2) we’re both in the restaurant industry, so I’m using this to let management know because I’m sure other customers felt a somewhat similar experience. For perspective, we booked 5 PM on Saturday night… I expected it to be busy, and we’re not needy customers, but in my experience, it’s just the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Thankfully, the food (once corrected) was fantastic! Our server was Alex C in case that’s needed. Letting everyone know so they can proceed with caution, you may have a better experience, ours was just not as great.

Very good Mexican restaurant with kind people! The patio is great with tables under the trees and soft music. We use to eat there every time we are in Vegas

We have better Mexican restaurants near where we live! Everything was mediocre, and not up to the usual standards of a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. (We are gold members and consider ourselves foodies. We also were very sorry to see Stripburger next door is now a “Happy Camper” country and western restaurant…ugh!

Pleasant dinner at a good restaurant. Surprised they charged for chips and salsa. Food tasted good.

We had a party of 20 people to celebrate a birthday and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the manager, the service and the food. The ambience is also very beautiful!

Had Chips/Salsa App while waiting for someone….it was very good. My server Taylor, was so nice and very attentive…she made sure I was happy and had everything I needed.

Thank you to the team!!! You’ve done an amazing job catering to our big group, the level of service is insane, and I love it. Our bartender, Alex and our server, also another Alex have incredible personalities. The ambiance/place is amazing. 100% attention to all of our request was met, even the last minute addition of a table to accommodate few more people. Typically, I have no high expectations for Mexican/latin food on the strip, but I was pleasantly surprised how good the food here is. Everything is well seasoned. The drinks…yum, not diluted at all! Will definitely be back here, possibly for a date night because it’s such a vibe here.
