Took way way too long to get our food it wasnt very crowded and supposedly kitchen was backed up. Waitress was very sweet and apologetic

Really great environment. We have been here several times & always had great food and service. This time the service was poor and the food was just okay. There are no shortage of great restaurants in Vegas, so probably skip Segundo next time.

I reserved for a party at 12 a month in advance when I got to the place it took them over 20 minutes to sit us, Once we got there, the servers took our order and took over half an hour for food to get out, was cold, and they forgot One for one of my guest, the servers did not come around often to do refills or ask how we’re doing, they didn’t even offer a discount or anything for their lack of attention to the party, I will definitely not come here again, good luck to whoever does

We were there to celebrate Mothers Day, a college graduation, and a birthday. The food and drinks were wonderful. The service was friendly and knowledgeable but a little slow. We understood because it was Mother's Day. My daughter went to the bathroom, which was close to our table, to get a shot instead she was asked to return to her table so that the waiter could bring it to her. It took over ten minutes to get that shot. Also, the venue is beautiful but we were seated towards the back directly under speakers. The music was so loud that we had to almost shout to her each other at our table. We overall enjoy our time there and the food was excellent. We will probably go back when we can but will request to either sit outside or towards the front were it's hopefully quieter.

We went for Mother's Day brunch, which was advertised on their website and open table. When we showed up, they did not have a Mother's Day brunch menu, just the regular menu. The waiter did not know what we were talking about even when we showed them the menu on the website. It's just not what we were looking for. We ordered off the regular menu, which was ok, not worth it, to be honest.

To be fair we had a reservation on Cinco De Mayo and they seemed to be busy and we didn't stay mainly because the service was so slow. We had a reservation yet we had to wait for a table, many empty tables in front and back of restaurant. I understand that it's a busy day for a Mexican restaurant, but they need to staff up and make sure the staff is pleasant instead of overwhelmed. I go out on these types of holidays and just want to have a good time. We were finally seated right next to one of the bar backs. Not an optimum seat for enjoying Cinco De Mayo. We waited and waited to order and then finally left. Happily we found another Mexican restaurant within walking distance, we had a great time at the other establishment.

I love this place. The food is so tasty. The atmosphere is great. Sit outside on the patio if the hostess tells you there’s a 45 minute wait but it’s your turn next for your reservation. Ask for a manager. The hostesses are really awful and take away from a great experience that happened to me yesterday thanks to the manager that sent me right away.

Made a res. at 7PM. was there around 7:10 Waited in the line around 10 minutes. Understood that people waiting has no reservation and approached to the hostesses. I said I have a reservation (wanted to continue with asking should I wait or not but couldn't), both ladies laughed to my face. One of them to cover her laugh turned around and kept laughing... I waited and asked why did you laugh,,, after a while she couldn't find an explanation and told me they cant see my reservation. I showed open table booking and they said because the time is 7:31 PM my booking is cancelled. I spend my next couple hours trying to find another place to eat. I tried to call the restaurant, no answer, TRIED TO CALL OPENTABLE too... but no one...

Even with a reservation we waited for quite a while before being seated. Once seated our waiter was great. Food was only ok-chips and salsa are great, and order the steak-everything else was just ok.

We were planning on going to a different restaurant, but that didn’t work out so this was a last-minute find for us and we absolutely loved El Segundo Sol!! In fact, we ended up going back two nights later! The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent and our waiter was super nice. The music was a titch loud for me personally, but my hearing is not great so I like it a little quieter so I can hear the conversation at the table, but obviously, that was not a deterrent since we went back again… More of an FYI. Overall, we will for sure come back to eat here the next time we come to Vegas.!! 👍🏼👍🏼🌟🌟😋

Yet another splendid meal with friends visiting from Chicago. All enjoyed their choices. The freshly made guacamole is always on point. Our server was very attentive to our needs. Great experience had by all.
