Reserved for Mother’s Day, we arrived prior to reservation time and waited past our 6pm time to be seated. Once seated we requested a kids menu multiple times and after 3 trips by the server we were told they do not have one. We ordered our food around 6:20pm. We did not receive our meals until 1 hour after ordering and half the meals were cold. They said they will take the meals back and remake them fresh. Returned within minutes with the same plate I touched by evidence of the same fork marks made when first trying the food in the beans. Then the manager came to ask if everything was ok. Server went to let the manager know the situation to come up to us and ask if everything is ok seemed disingenuous after we explain half our meals are cold he did not apologize for the delayed delivery of the meals or the cold plates. Proceeds to take one plate to remake. After bringing the plate back out again did not apologize for the experience. When we were given the bill no concession was given for our experience. This was a sad Mother’s Day experience and very bad management. I feel for the server because there was only so much he can do. I would advise to never come to this location. I have been to the one on industrial and had nothing but great service. Ownership may need to rethink the Management of this location. Very unfortunate on a day to spend with our mother.

Large party reservation for the patio. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was well worth the value, and everyone enjoyed the variety of dishes served. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone coming to Vegas.

We went for Cinco de Mayo, and while it was a fun environment, the music was extremely loud. To the extent our phones alerted us that the noise levels were harming our ears. I’ve been to quieter concerts. Otherwise, we had a good experience! Our food was excellent, and we had great service! We got the table-side guac and it desperately needed more salt, but otherwise was good. The marg pitcher was great too.

Even though it was Cinco de Mayo, the place was extremely noisy, the music was too loud, service was slow, but all things considered it was a nice afternoon brunch. I been to El Dorado Cantino for many Happy Hours and always enjoy those.

We visit Las Vegas once a year and love this restaurant . The drinks and ambiance are great and recommend the table 🥑 guacamole, The food is good but a little spicy, great restaurant.

I made a reservation over two weeks ago, when we arrived they said we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for that reservation. Our waitress was very attentive the first 20 minutes but continuously forgot my drinks and disappeared for long periods of time

We arrived a little early for our reservation, thinking we could be seated early since the restaurant was not busy and most tables were open, however, they didn’t call us back until 5:30. Our reservation was for an outdoor table, when the hostess sat us inside I asked if I made an error, as I specifically requested an outdoor table. She looked at me with a blank stare and said absolutely nothing, just put the menus on the table and walked away. The waitress was okay, but not spectacular, she asked if we would like more chips and salsa but never brought any. The food was good, but very overpriced. We won’t be back, now I know why it wasn’t very busy.

I had my daughter's baby shower there. The food was excellent and so affordable. The waitstaff was accommodating and attentive.

Overall experience was just OK. The hostess was not friendly and had us wait for no reason. The food was OK, but was nothing special and lacked flavor for the price. Same with the margaritas, overpriced for a small glass.

The worst service I’ve had in a few years. The waitress didn’t care to refill drinks and when we asked she had another guy sweeping the floors do it. There were very few people in the restaurant. She was really banking on the 18% included gratuity. Wish the tip could have gone to the guy who actually did the work.

If you’re looking to escape the “scene” of the Vegas strip or looking for something new, in my opinion, this a good spot to fulfill those needs. My table got two burritos, enchiladas and quesa birria tacos. Total bill was $170-ish after tip. A little bit in the high end, but the ambience, and atmosphere surprisingly makes it worth while. Good amount of TV’s to watch a game, enjoy some drinks at a table or bar and really good tasting food. I will say though, the only nit-picking thing that makes it not 5 stars is my portion on the birria tacos. I’m a sucker for birria tacos, no matter where I’m at. But for $22 and all you get is 2 tacos with beans and rice (really good tasting also), is again, the only thing that made my my experience and rating as a whole, one star from excellent. Service was great, ambience was cool, atmosphere was lively on a Wednesday, and food was tasty. 4/5 stars!

Just so hard to drop $50 for a margarita and a simple burrito. Nice place and super great staff...just SO PRICEY!

The new brunch menu was great! The only thing is i wouldn’t have had live music for Easter Brunch while families are trying to get together and talk.

Amazing food, outstanding service! Totally enjoyed our evening , kids were well taken care of, our server call brought them Churros on the house! Tableside Gauc was an experience !

We loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Our food was fantastic! We got the tableside guacamole which was out of this world. Street tacos were flavorful and just the right amount.

Everything was great, except the timing of delivery of food. We ordered the watermelon salad as appetizer to share and within 3-4 minutes the main course was delivered as well. The experience was a bit rushed (the entire dining time was 38-40 minutes ). Our main server was great. A different server delivered the main courses. Maybe that was the disconnect.

The tableside guacamole is a must!!! Don't miss the sizzling shrimp fajitas or any of the tacos...so delicious! Great service, even on a busy weekend!

The food is always so delicious. I love the salsa and chips. The drinks are very good. We all enjoyed our food . The waitress was attentive but not pushy or bothersome. It was a great evening with good friends.

I had heard so much about it. The ambiance is really beautiful but the food was just ok, they don’t make home made tortillas and in comparison to Juan’s the fajitas were ok but pricier and not as good
