We celebrated Mother’s Day at the restaurant. Everything g was great! Atmosphere, food and service!

I ordered well done grilled onions and they were not done. The price of the Arrechera steak us not worth the $31.99 what I paid for.

This was our second Time to the restaurant this year. It is BEAUTIFUL! On our first visit it was delicious and great service and the manager was great! This time was Mother’s Day which could have affected the service which was slow. The meal took 40 minutes to arrive and it was barely warm. The steak enchiladas had very few bites of steak that weren’t fat. We will try again since we’re 50/50 right now. Hope to have a great experience.

Not busy. Got put in a back room. Only table in there occupied by us. Server was nice but didn’t listen to our requests and kept disappearing. Had to request things multiple times. Good was overcooked and dry. Very disappointing for a birthday dinner on a Monday evening.

The service at this restaurant was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and it wasn’t just our table that was frustrated with the terrible service. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to come out after we ordered and only half of the dinner came out, we had to wait another 10 minutes before the rest came out and my fajitas were burnt and enough to make only one tortilla. Overall, do not recommend.

Had a reservation and got seated quick, but ended up waiting about an hour for some tostadas/salsa and about an hour and a half for our food to get to us. During that hour and a half we watched other tables who were seated after us, and that ordered more than us get their tostadas/salsa and food way before we did. So, I guess it all depends on which server you get cause as we waited there was another server who was on top of everything and got it all done in a timely manner. Overall the food was good, but the service we got was horrible. This was on Valentines day by the way.

Our server was not attentive at all took an hour and a half to get our food. I ordered my steak medium rare and the server decided to bring us well done steak. Waste of money and we will not be dining at corralito steakhouse again.

The absolute worst dining experience I have ever experienced. The service was horrible. We had reservations arrived on time (6:15pm), and was seated on time. However, it took the server 20min to greet us and offer menus, and it took an additional hour for our meal to be brought out. I personally will never waste my time or money at this establishment again. Furthermore I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know.

My waiter did not attend to us for 25 minutes after being seated . I then had to go to host to be seated with another waiter.

This is supposed to be one of the best and recently restaurants. I was looking forward to sitting in the new area which is nicely lit for brunch but they sat us the older side that is kinda of dark. Perfect for dinner but not as nicely lit as the new area. The waitress Paula was pleasant and nice and tried her hardest. But she was new. I was served a Grand Manier shot that I ordered with a very large set of lips on the snifter glass. I walked up to the bar to get more ice and tequila. I was very formally told I would be charged for the extra tequila. I was thinking, does it look like I’m broke. Im at a pricy restaurant with a suit on. That sort of response is insulting to a patron. So I asked that I’d be served a full shot then. I think it was $10 bucks no big deal. I ordered their well known arachera steak and to made it a surt and turf with a lobster tail. Later I was given a bill for surf and turf for $45.00 charge several lines below the steak charge. They told me it was the market price for the lobster. So I understood it and paid. They went through the trouble to tell me that was going to get charged for the extra tequila but they didn’t make me I was aware of the market price. I think they need to come forward and explain it like they went out of the trouble to explain the extra tequila charge. Be consistent please or just put the price on menu. I was more disappointed in the manner that the situation was handled. The mgr kept sending the poor new waitress to explain. Poor thing. She did a great job considering she was nervous. The mgr made no effort to visit our table and to make sure we had an overall nice experience. It was our anniversary and it just put a damper on our day a little bit. I’m nor sure if we’ll go back.

Last 2 visit I’ve gone they never have flan. They need to have more flan available. That’ll be my only complaint.
