    Honestly, we had an a different experience the day before and it was better the El Cielo. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't like wow food for the money that you're paying. Some things were a bit silly like liking ice cream from a plate or licking chocolate from your hands. The first item on the menu is a frozen Mazcal which honestly doesn't taste good at all and is a bit too sweet which I think should be more of a desert. The items are served very nicely and in a creative way but again, food is nothing special. More of a story and inspiration of Columbian food. Service was great but I think it's overpriced for the food experience.

    The food and service were wonderful . Every detail about the food and ambience was thoughtful and well-executed. Only two things could be improved. First, it was far too much for me to eat . I wish there a way to avoid wasting so much delicious food. Fewer course, smaller courses, things to share would all help. Some of the dishes were absolutely extraordinary. I am still thinking of the bread 12 hours later. But I was very full halfway through the meal and had to start just taking a bite of each course. . And second, the wine list is very overpriced and underwhelming. We had a bottle of Sancerre for $120 that was mediocre and totally lacked typicity. The restaurant refused to let me pay corkage and bring my own wine. I would have gladly paid $100 corkage to do that and they would have made more money on the wine. Very shortsighted for such a fantastic restaurant.

    This was an extraordinary experience. The presentation was precise and beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and informative. The food was unique and delicious. We enjoyed this so much.

    The experience menu at Cielo from the cuisine to the servixe was something we'll always remember. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

    Chef Juan Manuel came out personally to greet us. The food was gastronomically at another level and the 18 course tasting was an amazing experience. The cocktails were on point and the service was top notch.
