Classic Austrian cuisine at its best: marinated cap of rump, breaded fried chicken with potato salad and Viennese schnitzel with parsley potatoes, cranberries and cucumber salad are only a few of the highlights. All dishes are deftly prepared using high-quality ingredients sourced from a wide network of regional producers, as well as areas such as Voralberg, Salzburg, Vienna and other Austrian regions. With respect for the original charm of the house, the interior has been carefully renovated and furnished with discreet smoke glass mirrors while preserving the homely brown tones of wood and leather. From early in the morning until well after dark, new and old Berliners, politicians, journalists, tourists and all kinds of flaneurs will visit Einstein Unter den Linden to enjoy one of the finest Austrian cuisines in the city.

    Great place recommended by a friend from Berlin. In season asparagus and schnitzels made everyone happy. Good convenient location for us. Great for people watching too!

    Eggplant schnitzel was barely heated. The portion of the champignon gulash was very very small. The cucumber salad (served with the trout) tasted oily. It is a nice place to hang out and have a coffee and a piece of cake or whatever, but the dining need to be seriously improved!!

    Das Essen ist wirklich gut und der Service sehr aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Ambiente ist erst einmal Gewöhnungsbedürftig, beim betreten des Restaurants habe ich mich gefühlt als ob ich in einer Bahnhofshalle bin. Der Restaurantteil ist dann im hinteren Bereich. Ich würde mir eine stärkere Abgrenzung dafür wünschen ( z.B. Glaswand )weil der Lärm von vorne schon erheblich ist, und die Preise doch schon eher gehoben sind. Da erwarte ich ein er ruhiges Ambiente. Die Preise sind dadurch für mich nicht erklärbar.

    Wiener Küche in Berlin. Sehr freundliches Personal serviert im klassischen Café-Ambiente Wiener Klassiker. Der perfekte Auftakt zum Opernabend wenige Häuser weiter. Ich komme wieder.
