EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is inspired by Spain’s tradition of eating small savory dishes, typically served with drinks. Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. Inspired by great cuisines around the world, our innovative kitchen’s only rule is to deliver the best combinations, awakening our senses to new flavors, aromas and textures.

This restaurant is small, but the food is wonderful. Tucked away among many other oriental restaurants in a strip shopping center, EDO is worth looking for. Our party of four shared multiple small plates for dinner. Some of the highlights: perfectly charred Brussels sprouts; fritto misto done with a light tempura batter; a nicely presented chorizo and bean soup; and perfectly tender Spanish octopus with a unique Gallega sauce. Even in the tight quarters, this is a delightful place for friends to gather to enjoy cocktails and tapas.

If you love INCREDIBLE gourmet food, large tapas portions, great value, fantastic service, then this is the restaurant for you. It sounds impossible, but the WAGYU CHEEKS melted in my mouth. I have never had any beef so perfect in flavor and texture. The Miso COD was also exceptional. It was balanced with a delicious sherry vinagrette. The Green Tartare - a mixture of fabulous textures and flavors. I am gluten free and the menu options were extensive. Very personalized service. The restaurant food authenticity and presentation is up there with Julian Serrano, Jose Andres, and, dare I say, Guy Savoy. THAT being said, this is NOT a formal white linen place. It is a very small intimate restuarant, in a noisy unassuming strip mall center. If you can get past all the bells and whistles of a fancy restaurant and want a relaxed atmosphere, GREAT food, great value, then this is the restaurant for you!

The best restaurants in Vegas are deceiving from the outside I’ve learned! What an incredible dining experience. Every single thing was truly decadent. The staff worked as a team and they were so polite.

One of the best Spanish tapas. The tasting menu was delicious and very original. The presentation of the food was amazing, and the great service added to the total experience. Will definitely return

Overall it was a really good experience. We really loved this restaurant when they opened. They had different paella options and the drinks have always been fabulous. They went through a rough period where much of the food was fried and they stopped doing paella. After seeing more recent reviews we decided to give it another try. They still don't have paella but there is a great variety of tapas all which tasted good. BUT, everything we had with the exception of dessert was way too salty. We could not finish many of the dishes between the four of us because the salt was more than we could palette. Maybe the chef had a cold... I'm not sure if we'll be going back, which I am sad about, because we don't have many options for this type of modern spanish fare off of the strip.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The chef was kind and ended up giving us some extra appetizers. Would definitely want to come back to try the chefs tasting.

After four nights of disappointing meals at highly touted restaurants, I took the gamble on Edo’s. I knew the moment o entered I was in for a night to remember. I was greeted immediately and seated. Our waiter quickly stepped up and was gracious and informative. I already knew the tasting menu was my only option. I was thankful from the first demi cup of the tastiest gazpacho I’v ever tasted to the countless dishes exploding in my mouth. The palette cleansing cantaloupe and kumquat dish had my table and the neighbors table in a state of ecstasy. We were all sad when the final pork course arrived. And then desert arrived. Truly the best meal I had in Las Vegas. Don’t fall for the corporate tapas restaurants on the strip. Best tapas I’ve had since Barcelona

Appreciated the additional dishes provided compliments of the chef - overall I appreciate the variance of dishes and flavors and textures. Only note is that a few dishes seemed overly salted/salty.

I’m not sure it gets better than dinner @ EDO. We are constantly blown away by the entire experience and it’s impossible to walk away without a smile on your face. 10/10!

We did Chef Edo’s Tasting Menu for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Ben and the team took great care of us. We feel this experience was better than Bazaar Meats. My favorite dish was the Bluefin Tuna Tartaleta with the pops of acidity and beautiful presentation. Hope to be able to dine again here soonest!

You have to go and dine at Edo Gastro Tapas!!!! It far surpassed the highly rated Bazaar Meats and Jose Andres' was my top rated chef of all times for years. I don't have a higher compliment that I can give. Not only was the food top notch, but the service was beyond description. Our whole table was treated as if every small desire was their top priority. They even created a special drink for me, gifted us with exquisite chef's treats and treated our newly wed couple like royalty. By the end of the evening, we felt like family. We mean that from the bottom of our hearts and even invited them to our home in Oregon as our guests and we are serious about hosting each and everyone from Edo's. You MUST go and experience the food and hospitality because it was the complete dining experience!

Don’t even look at the prices on the menu. After you absolutely enjoy the exquisite food, you’ll know that you just ate some of the very best food in Las Vegas. SPOILER ALERT: Please DO NOT EXPECT the typical huge american plate sizes, cause you are eating quality EUROPEAN influenced food, Not fast food. The SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING TOO…!! WORTH EVERY PENNY..!! — If you do not know what to order, just try the PLUMA IBERICA, and some tomato bread. MAKE A RESERVATION..!!

Una joya escondida. Excelente cocina española sumamente original. Inigualables tapas, muy buenas opciones de vinos y un servicio sensacional. El vecindario dónde está ubicado deja mucho que desear, pero el restaurante bien vale la pena.

I was searching for a nice restaurant to take my boyfriend, that was off the strip, while we were in town. I stumbled onto this place and I'm so glad I did. The staff was amazing. They pay very close attention to detail, as you would except in any fine dining restaurant. The food was some of the best I had in a long time and my boyfriend was in heaven. I recommend the chef's tasting menu and a bottle of wine. It's definitely worth the money and the wine list is great. We will be back again

I’m not sure why it took my wife and I so long to visit EDO. I wish we had tried it sooner. The food was fantastic. We tried the tasting menu and they were very accommodating with making substitutions . The courses were very well presented. The service was fantastic. Ben made absolutely fantastic drinks and went above and beyond looking for something to create a cocktail for my wife and I. Will definitely be back!!

We shared tapas and wine here a year ago and had an enjoyable evening. Last night we returned for a birthday celebration and had the tasting menu. All the courses were delicious and beautifully plated. They even added a few couses not listed on the menu. Especially memorable were the Wagyu pastrami tarte flambe and the dessert of foie gras, hazelnut gelato, and roasted pineapple ribbons. It was a perfect meal. EDO is our favorite restaurant when visiting Las Vegas.

Our Server Paulo is very knowledgeable and passionate about the food, service, and our experience. I love the small dining room and the mural on the wall. Every dish was amazing and memorable. My guest tried dishes they never would have tried based on the quality of the food they did order. The Chocolate ganache converted a guest of mine to love chocolate; smooth and silky. I brought business guest to dinner; I will return as a local favorite. Job well done to the entire staff. I love EDO Tapas.
