Raised in Barcelona, Chef Oscar Amador Edo was exposed to Catalonia’s rich cusine from an early age. Located on the Mideterranean coast, the region offers a generous and varied selection of ingredient options, allowing imaginative results. Our approach offers classic recipes with modern and avant-garde techniques. Inspired by great cuisines around the world, our innovative kitchen’s only rule is to deliver the best combinations, awakening our senses to new flavors, aromas and textures.

This place is absolutely outstanding. It’s very small and tucked away in a strip mall. The food is so elegant and delicious, the service is amazing, and the cocktails are creative. That being said it doesn’t come off as pretentious or stuffy. An awesome hidden gem. Highly highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Get your senses ready to be taken to the next level! Highly recommend the Chefs Tasting menu ! Or just order one of each items from the menu ! 😎. Our server Paolo was fantastic! Many compliments to the Chef and the Owner!

Anima is the best restaurant in Las Vegas! The service and food are worth the drive from the strip.

Chefs tasting menu was not great. The use of random Asian ingredients and fruits that didn’t mesh well with Spanish ingredients gave a really odd combination of flavors and texture. Instead of fusion it became confusion. The risotto was decent and dessert was good. The starters were too salty and not palatable. As a chef myself who’s been to many amazing tastings this was not one of them. Creative in visuals but failed in flavors and textures. Cured meats were on repeat too many times.

incredible food and experience. we got to be back and time were in Vegas and also plan on checking out Anima.

The food was amazing and the staff were so awesome and accommodating. Love this place. The food and atmosphere transcends me into a whole different vibe and takes my tastebuds on an amazing journey! Who knew Foie Gras had such a sweet and savory taste that is only described as the wow factor! The tasting menu is on point and does not disappoint. Will be coming back. Amazing every time!
